The doctor obviously has the manager do her dirty work for her, even though she's the one ruining my health. She wont allow me to talk to my doctor to get an explanation either. This doctor purposely told me my disability was done when she never turned it in so now i wont get disability due to her mistake. They refused to give me my medical records and a itemized receipt so i hqve to get a lawyer just to get paperwork thats how ridiculous this is. I feel like im speaking to a group of mean girls from high school everytime i call. So now i have to get a lawyer and all the recorded calls for proof that they are lying. All because she couldn't let her pride go even though that's literally her only job. If you want to ruin your life and lose everything youve ever worked for, this is the doctor you want! ​

And I have no complaints. I feel he listens, explains and is compassionate. I do not feel the staff is rude as stated in another review. I feel with so many sick callers sometimes they are very busy. They do take time when it is your turn to talk to them. We as patients need to have patients with them as well. I pay for the extra care because I feel I get extra care plan and simple. I have repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeatedly told that their billing company doesn't speak with patients. I have never received a bill from this clinic. I have never received an EOB from my insurance company. Diane the office manager told me today that I owe about 3,700 before I can make another appointment. I was given no notice and no bill until today. Durand the clinic manager told me that my insurance company has denied payment. This is incorrect per several high level employees at my insurance company who have stated that their billing billing was submitted on 3/21/25. It's in review. There has been no denial. The clinic manager abruptly withdrew no notice, no bill and no continuity of care told me that I cannot come back for treatment. This is patient abandonment. I really hope Dr. Kitzmiller sees this because I find him to be an excellent and ethical provider. I doubt that the medical providers are aware of this situation which is happening to other patients.
