It's a fusion of the two.. there was Kimchi and Rice paper wraps and gave a great mix of options to eat. Of course we went straight for the Wagyu! Which we were told was 9+ grading. Either way, it was delicious . We had our charcoal grill loaded with Wagyu and huge prawns. They offered us a bowl of complimentary Pho which we accepted. A good size (not too big, save room for Wagyu) and it was extremely tasty. It was made with Wagyu brisket. So good, some went for a second bowl. We were so full, struggled to walk out. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary in Bankstown, go to Letz Grill. You and your tastebuds will thank me for it. That might set you back around $10-15 a bottle, though you'll be sharing so it's all a-ok. They also have a good range of hot food (e.g. fried chicken, japchae, which are these noodles, korean pancakes, dumplings, sushi) and korean soups (such as spicy tofu soup). There's lots to eat and plenty of veggies around to accompany all that meat. They also have a little bibimbap station for you to assemble your own! I'd eat that last as rice is super filling. If you feel like splurging more, they offer a premium set that includes a set of sashimi and crazy wagyu beef. It's around an extra $20 a head. Personally, I don't think it's worth it as it's only an one off (e.g. only one serving of sashimi and wagyu) but feel free to try it! Either way, you need to make this place your go to KBBQ. There is a huge variety of selections; BBQ meats, salad fixings, assorted kimchi and other side dishes, pre-cooked galbi and bulgogi, Korean sushi, soups, and rice cakes and fruits. All tables are built for charcoal BBQ, and you usually call staff on the floor to help with handling the charcoal, as well as replacing used grills. I asked to speak to the manager and she came and I told her what happened and told her to kick him out but instead of doing that she just talked to him and he apologised to her and said he will not do it again. And the manager relayed that message to me and continued to let him eat. She stuck up for him because he was Chinese origin. Completely ignored my request to kick him out. To say I was furious is the least. I am never going back there again.
