During the winter, they did remove the snow pretty well, but their prices were extremely high, and they charged for a lot of extra services that were not really needed. Then in the spring, they did a lot of "spring cleanup" work that I didn't ask for, and that wasn't needed, and of course they charged a lot of money for that work. The way their contract is written, they are just able to do whatever kind of work they want and charge whatever huge price they want for it , without even asking, and then the customer has to pay. It seems like a form of dishonesty, really. I guess it's legal because it's in contract in a kind of a vague way, but it's deceptive. Even the mowing was very expensive and they kept putting in extra charges for things I didn't want. Also, communication with Axiom is difficult, almost impossible. They are very unprofessional. I now have a different landscaping and snow removal company that I love. I had to pay an extra $400 to get out of my contract with Axiom, but it was worth it. My new company is 100% better, easy to communicate with, and does beautiful, work for less than 1/4 of what Axiom was charging.

I…read moreexpressed concerns about my lawn not looking good (lots of big brown spots) and was told I had red thread. Paid for the suggested treatment and saw no improvement. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.

I happened to be home one afternoon washing my garage windows and I watched this gentleman cutting my neighbor's lawn. I was very impressed by the way he was mowing, trimming and making sure everything was looking good to his standards. I asked him if he was interested in another client. Lucky for me, once he finished up with my neighbor, he took a walk around my yard and gave me an estimate. (the price is compatible) I found the right place (MOWIT Lawn Care) and the right person, Rob, who takes the time to do the job right! He is very conscientious and takes pride in his work!
