The quote in writing with proof of insurance was emailed within an hour of Dextre's first visit. Time for removal was established and kept as promised. The 6 man crew arrived 20 minutes earlier than promised on removal day, they set-up and an hour later all the wood and debris had been completely removed. Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal Mission Green customer for almost 6 years. I…read moreexpressed concerns about my lawn not looking good (lots of big brown spots) and was told I had red thread. Paid for the suggested treatment and saw no improvement. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.

The weed wacker starter and lawn mower carb needed to be replaced well within the warranty period. They fixed the weed wacker and said it would be covered under warranty. When I showed up to pick it up they billed me $45 for some asinine reason saying that the warranty wouldn't cover the full repair. I went to pay with a Discover card and they wouldn't accept it saying the fees are too high, even though they had a Discover logo sticker. in the window. When it came time for the lawn mower they hmmed and hawed about the carb issues. I said screw it and fixed it myself with a $30 carb I found online.
