Everything went smoothly as far as insurance and pricing. My repairs were done quickly, painlessly, and the problematic reoccurring chip I had repaired has stayed fixed for almost two years now. (which is good compared to having it fixed every 6 months before) Scheduling was easy and I even had the option of getting email and text notifications about my appointments and scheduled cleanings.
