When I come to pharmacy I found, what doctor prescribed another medicine, which not covered and another dosage, not what we discussed. Trying to reach her by phone, no results. So I am half year without insulin, and my condition is getting worse day by day.

Here in Blair, Dr. Barta reviewed my x-rays, took his own, and told me that I didn't have any cavities and would feel guilty taking my money. He noted that some of my fillings were old, but replacing them would weaken my teeth and was not necessary. He didn't even charge me for the x-rays or taking up his time to review my teeth.
