I cannot begin to tell you how greatful I was for their grace, patience and kindness during our visit. The weather was absolutely nasty. Ashley provided my resident with an umbrella and waited for me to bring the community bus around to the front of their building. The branch manager stood out in the cats and dogs that was coming down to assist me with my resident. Kudos to this branch!!!

What both of them did do is ask some of the customers at the back of the line if they were making a deposit or withdraw . They then walked customers out to the ATM. I spoke up and told one of the managers (James) that I was making a withdraw yet he still chose to help the people behind me in line. To be clear my complaint is with management. The teller was friendly and was doing her best under the circumstances. Management should have filled in as a teller to provide prompt service to customers. And when pulling people from the line should have first served those at the front of the line rather than those just coming in the door.
