I know thats how many people like their ribs. I just prefer my ribs to be a little less well done and have a bit of a pull to the meat to get it off the bone, so I am not going to ding them for that. The counter where you order and get your meal is clean, bright and cheerful, the staff are all really pleasant, friendly and helpful. Seems like it doesn't use many cheeses at all. 3/5 Turnip greens - I actually thought this may have been the best part of my meal.
