He left $56,500 worth of cabinetry in the sweltering heat and humidity in Florida 'Beverly Hillbilly' style with over 100 degree heat index and forecasted storms without my prior consent or knowledge that he didn't schedule his installer to arrive for more than a week away! He drove off without even mentioning that detail. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! I've been left with no choice other than to bring the details and the facts to the court for a matter of public record and not public opinion. These photos speak for themselves otherwise. Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000... Also, he IS YOUR employee and installer, you delivered the cabinets in HIS dump trailer covered in a tarp with no packing materials, YOU scheduled him to come down for install and recover his dump trailer, and you REIMBURSED him for his travel expenses. He prepared each day with floor coverings and counter protectors. His install included rerouting some water and electric lines. He completed it with care. Plywood walls were hung, taped and sealed. He installed a new shower pan, shower walls, faucet, then shower doors. He never seemed rushed, but continued working. He demonstrated phenomenal workmanship and superior work ethics. He did everything promised and sought our approval throughout the entire project. He was respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He ended each day with cleaning up. Most of his work was adequate until he poured a front step into the building. They splashed concrete everywhere and I had to hire a third party to clean it up. I want to meet and he avoids me. I call from different phones he answers then will not pick up for a future call. He is not a dependable contractor and will not warranty his work.

The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. It hurt to even give these guys one star. Samuel (owner) will talk the talk. He sounded so…read moreconfident and professional when we spoke to him for the quote. We were impressed and wanted to give him a shot at our whole house, interior paint job. He promised us he could get it done before we moved in (about a week) and that anything we didn't like, he would make sure it was to our liking before leaving. He started by buying the cheapest paint Sherwin Williams offers. It was ProMar 200 - commercial grade paint. After the first day, they asked us what time we wanted them there the next day and we said, 8am. They responded, "Well we live a half hour away." First guy showed up the next day at 9:20. They showed up late other times too. None of them seemed like very experienced painters. Applied tape poorly, so that when it was taken off, lines were not clean at all. Kitchen ceiling had multiple missed areas, making it look worse than before they "painted" it. They had told us they would put up drywall over the wall in a half bath because previous owner had painted over wallpaper, and couldn't be removed without pulling off chunks of drywall. Then in the middle of the job, they decided to just "patch" the areas where wallpaper was peeling. See picture below to see how that turned out. The worst was one night, Samuel left the youngest guy to finish the kitchen area. The kid decided to speed things up and used a sprayer on our drywall. We were left with overspray on ceilings, walls, and kitchen cabinets. We were very upset and called Samuel who promised to show up on Memorial Day weekend to make it right. Said he would bring in a crew of 4 from another job. He showed up with one guy, didn't have the materials to fix the overspray on the cabinets. When we got to the house 5 minutes late (we still weren't moved in yet), he was angry that we were late. When we pointed out that it was only a few minutes and his guys had been late repeatedly, he denied it and said they were leaving because we "disrespected them". Couldn't believe it. They left our house damaged, didn't clean up their messes, and just left. They disrespected our time and property throughout the project, and because we called them out for doing such poor work and being late repeatedly, they were "disrespected." We figured they knew they were in over their heads with all the damage, so they needed a way out. No crew of 4 showed up to "make things right." Seems like they had no intention of bringing anyone in. Just needed an excuse to quit in the middle of the poorly done job. We obviously didn't pay them the balance, but they took us for WAY too much money anyway considering the unfinished work, horrible quality of work that was done, and unprofessional time management. They even took all the cheap paint with them so we couldn't even make corrections ourselves. Ended up getting an amazing guy to help us out and he did great work cleaning up their messes and applying high quality paint. If you are considering using this company for a project, RUN AWAY FAST!!
