By the time I was ready I missed a sale and I kept going back to look for the perfect remnant piece at a price I wanted to pay. While they have good prices and an amazing selection, I found my countertops elsewhere. Even though I did not end up making my purchase at Crown. I wanted to write a review so anyone else in the market would know not to overlook this excellent location. They offer kitchen design and use Bertch cabinets. The installation went very well. My only one very small complaint is that since we were having almost the whole house done, our home was practically unlivable for three days (and nights). The work flow was spread out among the house rather than completing each area separately. While I understand the idea behind this process, it made living in the house incredibly difficult for those three days. I would have preferred that at least the main living area be completed entirely so that in the evenings when the installers left, we could have some semblance of normality. It's really a small complaint though in what was otherwise a job well done.

Next Step was very put off that they quoted and brought me samples a couple times and it took me too long to award them business. Sorry...some things you can't control like timing. Poor customer service and poor responsiveness when I tried to connect just don't fly in this world of many other carpet options. Happy to take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated.

He replicated a design that I was interested in and priced everything out. While the price and product were fantastic I went with another supplier due to a color preference. I did end up, however purchasing my quartz countertop through Tom. The countertop was absolutely stunning and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Tom and his design abilities along with their product and customer service.

It's very disappointing to write this review; however, we had a terrible experience with RNBD…read more After a flood damaged our basement we searched online for a home contracting company and, based on the reviews, chose RNBD. Initially, communication was great and we accepted the quote that Ryan provided. It then took months for them to begin the work and, once the work finally began, we were never given an end date for completion. We also asked for proof several times that any employees were bonded and secured and were assured verbally that they were, but were never provided proof. The plumbing that RNBD did was fine but what was quickly shown that was not great, was the carpentry work - workmanship on the trim, stairs, stair threads, etc. was extremely poor as indicated by my photos. Communication was sorely lacking and after many attempts to reach the owner, Brandy, she finally came to our home and agreed that the workmanship was not good and said she would make it right. This would involve a certified carpenter that she promised would be coming but never did. Instead, the same employee who did the poor workmanship was sent back. The owner eventually broke the contract after an unfortunate and very disrespectful incident in our driveway that was performed by the employee but we were still owed product that we had paid for. Again, communication and customer service were lacking as it took persistence on our part to finally receive this product a few weeks later. A month after they cancelled our contract RNBD charged our credit card without our approval and did not make our online account available to even view this. After disputing with the credit card company, we were able to have these charges reversed but not without providing much documentation and wasted time. Additionally, the address that RNBD indicates as their business address is not a physical location but is instead a Staples store - unfortunately we realized this after the fact. We have never dealt with such an incompetent and disrespectful company and spent a lot of money for a job that was not even completed! This was also the first time that we have ever had to contact legal advice because of a contractor. A customer should not be treated like this and we were left with a half unfinished basement with truly shoddy workmanship. Sadly, we cannot recommend this company.
