Not overwhelming, just right. The Potato Salad, again a perfect balance between the tang of the blue cheese and the sweet creaminess of the mayonnaise dressing. It also had a tad of a back end bite that make it perfect. The Seared Chicken was done perfectly for this dish. Tender, yet a bit of char. The peaches were roasted to a perfect peach jam consistency. Thing grandma's homemade jams, except with a thinner consistency. Then a perfectly melted piece of fresh mozzarella, finished with julienned basil. Again, a great balance of sweet and savory, creaminess, and a hint of freshness of the basil. She also teaches them to steal as she stole my house from me out there at 29 N 12th St. She hasn't paid since December 2022 also skipping October 2022 and continues to stay there. Someone just bought it from me in August via Sheriff's auction but can't follow through with the purchase since she refuses to talk to anyone or leave. She's a very bad person wish we had laws that would deal with her how she deserves. So of course her daughter Brianna was acting out causing trouble for others here! She was around 4 at the time. Her mom is a very vindictive person who pretends not to be. The staff here treated me with decency and from what I can tell were doing what they could to make the kids feel special. My son had one on one training with Demetrius, who was great with him.. never felt pressured to buy anything more or extra. The next day for his first class, we were greeted by everyone who works here, even the owner Ben came up personally to introduce himself to us and thanked us for coming. Great service and my son really likes it. They have seating for parents to watch which is awesome.
