I have to get my soda from a soda machine because the RPAC in the basement near the lockers only takes payments from students and facility who are members of the RPAC, but they have huge space for working out, taking fitness classes, and another pool that has 8 lanes (25 yards) that has a movable floor and waterslide area for families. I tried calling both the people (T & H, for short) who administer the test to schedule it and neither one called me back. I also texted one of them (H) and never heard back. So I called the rec center and they gave me the email for H. I emailed him and he replied and we scheduled it. Then, two hours before the time we had scheduled, he emailed me and said he would be teaching a class at that time and could I do it myself? I had never paid attention to the set-up of the procedure so I said no. So he said he would get someone to cover for him and he'd be there at our scheduled time. I got there early and waited about 15 minutes before I went to the front desk to tell them I needed help with the scheduled test. The person followed me back to the in-body room and pointed to a man and said "That's H". So he was out in the hallway having a conversation and I was waiting (at that point nearly 20 minutes) for him. He came in and gave me the test. Some version of this happens every 3 months when I buy new passes and have to run the gauntlet to get my free test and it is extremely frustrating.

Plus, it was barely playground weather, but you take what you can get in November in Ohio. Baby K loved it: there are several slides, and some climbing areas, including a climbing wall. Off to the side there is a hockey-themed climbing area for bigger kids, and a workout area for adults with a grownup-style climbing wall. There's a shelter nearby, and benches, and the whole park is nicely laid out. We'll be back.

I have no issues with the establishment; all the facilities are great. Philips gave me what sounded like a rude tone, and, to be quite honest. When you put nothing about open or closed dates for an application, then tell me what essentially was "I saw your email but didn't respond." You don't really have any reason to give me tone for something that was your fault. Anyways that was just my experience. If you have any interest in working at Highlands, I would be wary of who your employer might be.
