Im assuming she didn't understand cause she completely ruined his hair. No fade was done it was cut completely off. The top of his hair was cut un even. One side is shorter the the other side. My thing is if you don't understand what he's saying why take him as a costumer. Why not ask someone else. Same for my husband. He should've gone else where. I told him he shouldn't have paid.
