I wish I could recall who I talked to, back in August, but she was kind and understanding when I broke down crying trying to make the much needed appointment. My visits with Dr Harmon have been great. I won't say 100% pain free, but all of my serious procedures have been 100% pain free. My 2 deep cleanings, bone grafting and checkup were all pain free. It's also a tolerable pain, more of a lil pinchy pinch. The sadness of going to the periodontist is that I won't see them forever. But that's the point. They've helped me progress to heathy gums and send me off to be cared for by the dentist.

He and my husband immediately started talking about sports, then family and finally dental history and health. The environment is very relaxing. The ladies are very sweet and helpful. Dr is not rough and informs you of everything he's getting ready to do or doing at that moment. He takes most insurances and their prices are very reasonable. At first the name turned me off because I thought an artistic dentist has to be pricey, but NOPE not at all ! Throughout all of those years, we never had a complaint and had a great deal of trust in the practice. Unfortunately, my recent experience under the new owner, Dr. Loftin, has been extremely disappointing. I inquired about Invisalign to close the gap between my front teeth. During my consultation, I was given a detailed explanation of the process, provided a quote, and shown a 3D simulation illustrating how my teeth were expected to move and what my smile would look like at the end of treatment. Based on that information, I committed to the treatment and followed all of the instructions I was given. After paying thousands of dollars, wearing Invisalign for months, and completing all of the trays provided, the gap between my front teeth is still there. It is essentially the same size as it was before treatment. Looking at my smile, you would not know that I had undergone Invisalign treatment at all. What has been especially upsetting is that, after investing so much time and money, the solutions offered to me were either veneers--which would require spending even more money--or possibly adding something to the back of my mouth to shift my teeth forward. I understand that dental treatment does not always produce perfectly predictable results. However, after being shown a 3D representation of the expected outcome, paying thousands of dollars, completing the prescribed treatment, and following the instructions, I expected a meaningful improvement in the issue I specifically sought treatment to correct. Instead, I feel worse about my smile than I did before I started. After being a loyal patient for more than 20 years, this experience has been particularly disappointing.

On a whim I decided to try Dr. Elizabeth Guerrero and boy has my views on going to the dentist have changed. She has such an upbeat, positive personality and is so easy to talk to. She has the most wonderfully pleasant bedside manners I ever experienced dentist wise. She effectively calmed my nerves before getting a tooth pulled and took it slowly with me to ease the discomfort asking me often how I am feeling. I have the LOWEST of the low pain tolerance and she worked with me. Even a regular teeth cleaning I have an extremely sensitive spot on one part of my teeth and she seriously took that into consideration when working in that specific area. If you're looking for a new dentist and you have high anxiety before going to the dentist then I highly recommend coming here. She is an absolute angel!

They explain the process of healing after extractions, and give you options to get implants to hold your denture in or another option is to have a porcelain implant bridge that look like Hollywood teeth! All and all, it's kind of a long process, you may have to be in a healing denture for a while, so your mouth can heal, especially around the implants, but the result is definitely worth the investment and the wait! No more cavities! No more loose dentures! Dr Booty and Dr Juban and everyone there, are at the top of the list, they have an awesome bedside manner, very fair pricing and offer sedation too!
