Appointments frequently ran behind schedule for nearly all of my appointments and there was little communication about delays, which made the experience frustrating. I was also concerned about professionalism. Treatment recommendations seemed inconsistent, and I left feeling unsure and not fully confident in the guidance provided. Billing was another issue. Fees were not clearly explained, and costs did not feel transparent. I was told my out of pocket portion and then was later billed for a far more expensive fee. I do understand insurances do not always pay what they say but this was not a discussion whatsoever. Overall, the experience felt more focused on charges than patient care. I hope the office can improve organization, communication, and overall professionalism.

The earliest they had was the following week, so I took it and also scheduled an cleaning for my daughter. They had the most thoroughly executed practices in place to make sure they were able to see patients in the best way possible. I had to call when I arrived, a hygenist came to my car to let me know they were ready for me, gave me hand sanitizer upon entry and took my temperature. I was brought back to the treatment room ASAP, filled out some paperwork and the hygenist quickly went to work. Dr. Nguyen came in after a bit (about a 25-30 minute wait until she arrived) spoke to me about what was going on, looked at x-rays and gave me some thorough explanations and possible reasons as to why something was how it was. I appreciated this so much! Her chair-side manor was wonderful! Appointments are hard to come by right now, but I am going to be patient because of the current situation. Walking in, the office looked clean and organized. The staff here was welcoming. Another good thing about this office, they are efficient and timely. The wait time was not long at all. Dr. Nguyen definitely fit the qualities of the dentist I was looking for. We discussed treatment plans and gave me her opinion. I didn't feel the pressures as I did in the other offices (as if I was purchasing a car). She comes off as conservative with treatments and honest. While working on me, I didn't feel rushed. She checked on me often to see if I needed breaks. Definitely would be my dentist of choice now.

Honestly, I was bit skeptical about our switch here since the reviews were mixed, but luckily found an appointment with Dr. Bourg (I think that's how it's spelled) and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went today. My daughter had to get a filling and cleaning done and we were rescheduled for later this month to do cleanings for my other three children. The doctor and staff were able to accommodate us today and get all kids scheduled for cleanings as well so they were all done together. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with their services provided. Dr. Bourg even gave me a call to make my eldest was doing alright after her filling.

I felt NO PAIN! The only discomfort was having toward the very end when my jaw was getting really tired from being opened for so long. But that is to be expected. The procedure went perfectly & I vehemently recommend Dr Gardner for your dental needs. Most recently, I had my six-month cleaning this past week, and I had a less than five minute wait even with showing up a little early. I liked that they questioned me about my COVID history (any symptoms, any contact with COVID positive people) and also took my temperature. It makes me feel safe to know that they are doing that for all of their patients. My dental hygienist, Brent, was amazing! He was extremely nice and funny, and was very easy to talk to. He explained every single thing he was doing, which I really appreciate as a patient. He was also gentle while cleaning my teeth which is for sure a plus. It was also nice that he complimented how clean my teeth already were, LOL :) Dr. Redhead was also very kind and easy to talk to, and made sure to ask if there were any dental issues I wanted her to look at. During my most recent call today, 30th of May, 2025, they informed me that I would need to wait until December to see a dentist at their facility. Any one who faces a similar dilemma needs to realize this- you deserve better! A six-month wait for a new dental patient is a clear sign of poor planning or overwhelming demand, but from a patient's perspective, it's simply unacceptable. Dental issues don't pause -- what starts as a small cavity can become an infection, and untreated gum disease can lead to tooth loss or impact heart health. Delaying care this long risks preventable damage, worsens conditions, and fails the basic duty of timely medical access. No matter the reason, making someone wait half a year for essential care is not just inconvenient -- it's irresponsible and dangerous. I am very pleased with my choice and the services rendered thus far. I love that fact that there are various office hours and even late day appointments too. I went in for a cleaning and evaluation. The hygienist was very thorough and easy. Having an anxiety with dental visits, I wasn't scared or let's say my anxiety did not spike at all. The hygienist explained everything he would be doing and asked if I was okay during each step! I felt so calm with this visit. Upon meeting the dentist, I was still calm and assured.
