The staff is always courteous and helpful and they always seen to have everything my kiddos are looking for. My only complaint is they say they can't access the VIP points to let you know if you have any to use on your purchase. I don't quite understand that. I've always had an issue with getting all of our VIP points to post on our account, too. If they'd get that sorted they'd definitely be a 5 star experience.

Wow! $799.99 for this amazing Millenium Falcon!!!

We came by to wait while my Husband went to another store and what a treat for both me and my son. He got to build 3 minifigs for $9.99 and I got to feast my eyes in the Millenium Falcon! All I can say is WOW! The staff here are so friendly and patient I really appreciated it. The only improvement I can think of is a sofa for parents to wait while their family builds to their hearts content...but the staff was right in saying that if they did we would never leave. We had a great time here today. Joined the VIP club for points and got a free cherry red minifig keychain as a gift. My son is already making plans on our family calendar to include their future events. Thanks Lego store, we will be back soon. L.

She is the only one that I have ever experienced at the Lego store that was not personable, that was snappy, and seemed annoyed more than helpful.

I've been going to rc headquarters since I was a kid and now I take my kids there and enjoy seeing…read morethe excitement it brings them. There isn't a more knowledgeable staff at any rc store in san antonio hands down. The selection of rc vehicles covers all types from planes, to boats, to cars, helicopters, drones, off-road trucks to crawlers. Best selection available in my opinion. I've bought atleast 20 vehicles from them and you can't beat the prices. Best value period

Today my son and I wasted 2 hours of drive time from Austin and back because RCHQ didn't take the time to list a huge mini-z event on their website calendar. Event calendars are useless unless they are updated. Lesson, call first or just don't go... we won't be going again. Also, they now cater ONLY to Mini-z racers on the weekend, which means you won't be able to run your mini-b or mini-t RCs like you use to (except on bad off days like Monday and Tuesday which is BS). They also sell rock crawlers and bashers, but no real support or place to practice or run them etc. So you are better off buying online for those types of RCs as you'll get better deals. Also, next to no crawler or basher parts, even for the RCs they sell. We'll just buy our Arrma Kraton parts online and not waste our time at RCHQ. We were there to run our mini-b and buy new tires, LiPo battery, and telemetry sensor for jumps. Now we'll just buy those online. My son was so disappointed when we got there that he didn't want to watch the mini-z competition or buy anything from them. He said 'f-this place!' which was my exact sentiment. Lastly, the bald guy behind the counter disparaged the very same RC we bought from that store. They had no problem selling us the Mini-b... but then diss it when we brought it back in-store. Not the best idea to retain customers or sell upgrades. If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business. Rolling Oaks Mall is practically a dead-mall at this point, so I'm expecting the niche products, poor offering, bad location, and rudeness (pretentiousness) will end this store soon. We were willing to drive out-of-our-way to spend our money at their store, but now we are not. I'd suspect my overall advice on this is just not to bother. Buy online, make your own track or use a parking lot, and just don't waste your time. No value in their current offering and mode.

This place is AWESOME!!…read more Knight Watch may be on the smaller side but holy wow they have a lot going on. Half of the main room is board games and accessories for sale, and the other is massive tabletop space to play said games. Every seat was packed when I went, about 8pm on a Tuesday, and the energy was infectious. It was noisy with excited customers playing games together and staff members were dressed like they were at the Renaissance Faire. I saw at least three private rooms to rent out for gaming, and I was surprised to learn that they also have a scullery?? The food looked and smelled AMAZING. I will note that there were not as many cards as I'd hoped, but that doesn't negate everything this place has going for it. I didn't get to stay for long but I'll definitely be bringing along some friends for game night next time!

The staff are so friendly and dress for the time period. There is a scullery where they prepare food for your adventures. Everything tastes wonderful and the utensils are amazing. See pics. I got the Sultans Delight, a savory charcuterie board. It had ham, cheeses, olives, crackers, artichokes and a wonderful spicy mustard. They have every game and accessory a weary traveler could need. From dice, figures, bags of holding, stuffies, and games. The tables can be reserved but more than likely there will be some available for you next adventure. The table reservations start at $10 and go up for the privet rooms. The food is fair priced and very good. This is a MUST SEE place. Check it out!
