The high end stuff behind the counter was impressive with a fair value asking price. The gentleman handling our business was helpful & friendly. We walked out with the biggest grins to reflect our contenment with finding this gem while scoring a decent October haul to take home. If I still lived in Florida, I'd be back here more often on these road trips I used to take rather frequently.

I have been on a few distillery tours, and I found this one to be a bit casual and boring. It was super hot in there, so that might have been part of it too! I liked seeing the bottling station and some of the stuff shown was cool, but could have been half the time. After the tour, we came back to their small tasting and shop room with a bar and bar chairs. They lined up a BIG lineup of spirits and cordials to sample. This is the part I would have liked more time on! They handed out two, sometimes three of the samples at a time and spent barely any time talking about them, the flavors, and what went into creating them. And they were good - it was a shame to go so fast through them! Regardless, a fun free activity if you're a spirits fan and want to sample some. Support a local business and bring some minis or a bottle home. Oh - and they offer laser engraving for bottles and barrels!

What started as a quick stop turned into lingering over lunch and 3 thoughtfully crafted beers. As more locals trickled in, the energy shifted into that effortless, community-driven vibe -- a true Florida version of Cheers. If we didn't live 2 hours away, this would absolutely be in our weekly rotation. A hidden gem that's well worth the detour.

Opened at the beginning of March by John and Tara Ford and daughter Tia, it's been a hit in the community!! John has been a decades old home brewer and has won several awards. John and Tara retired from their main careers in pharmacy to open Anarchy! I had the pleasure of chatting with John, Tara, and Tia while I was in. I also chatted with Chad, Erica and got to know @_chyanne_marie as well! They'll have live music frequently as well as food trucks! Anarchy also had a mimosa bar when I went in on a Sunday. They have a pour your own/pay as you go wine bar/wine truck as well, super cool Anarchy is open Wednesday-Sunday. Plus loud music around dogs right near the speakers is not cool. More seating for just 2 ppl would be great vs just for large groups. People tried grabbing our reusable metal water bottles and removing from our table while we went inside to grab our drinks so they could put a couple tables together. (Yet there was another empty table to the other side of them with nothing on it they could have grabbed) Luckily we came out in time to stop them and get our water bottles and table back. The field area out back is nice, need some tables and chairs out there. Music was excellent. Nice variety of food trucks, but was disappointed that the Chicken Mafia Food Truck was out of traditional chicken wings by 3:15pm when they still had 4 or 5 more hours of service to go. Boneless wings were not all that great. Will def be back to try more beers another day.
