4 pm on a Sunday and the place is packed! Food is better than expected , beers are very cold, and a great patio where you could still be outside in the elements, but have enough shade and breeze the stay cool on a 90° day!! A fan of the hundred TVs they have there ! I was able to ask the playoff game! I have a huge tap selection with a few of their own specially made for them! The burger was very good , obviously the bacon was amazing and the cheese was a good touch on top! The fries were good with the ranch! I stayed at a hotel near Twin Peaks. Came there and had dinner alone thanks to the hotel staff's recommendations. Little did I know, it reminded me of Hooters. I had this thought in mind, "Great! Those girls will not service me well because I wasn't a dude." But, I kept an open mind and went in anyway. I was greeted instantly with a smile from all the beautiful, young ladies there. The lady that service me that night was extremely attentive and kept checking up on me. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and the ambiance was definitely fun! Rarely do I have the opportunity to have a Sunday off. I work in the hospitality industry myself and if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are home I work as a suite server in a premium area. I wanted to do something different and make the most of my day off. I follow the Twin Peaks of Fort Myers on my Instagram and know they employ great talent and have a great sports atmosphere. And it absolutely didn't disappoint. I made this short two hour plus trip down from Clearwater, Florida today. My team the Steelers and the pro team I work for were not on but I had a wonderful time. I'm a bar guest and noticed a few empty spots up there. The quality of service and food was exceptional. I was greeted by 2024 Miss Twin Peaks herself Lacy. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Lacey primarily took care of me with extreme precision and professionalism. The bar was absolutely jumping because of the NFL crowd. The girls worked like a well oiled machine. Even though I'm not a "regular" I was treated with class and efficiency. The girls did a great job slinging drinks and taking care of the bar top guest. Delaney was also great along with the other brunette "I didn't catch her name". I think they're valuable and proper brand ambassadors to Twin Peaks. This is your basic chain restaurant. Arrived around 5pm, sat outside. Happy hour was still going on so we had the mini tacos and the queso. We ordered beer and a spicy mango margarita. The place was not too busy. The server Abbi was ok, not genuinely friendly. We shared the brisket burger, we were charged full price for the happy hour drinks and had to call them to let them know. A party of four meet up in the outdoor sitting area. Good music and cold beers are always available at a Twin Peaks. I would have given a 4 star but there was a mixup of additional $16 on the tab. Somehow Abbie rung up the wrong drink that was ordered. We were there during the Happy Hour drink special and had two Mango Fire Margaritas. Jason, the manager did his best and refunded $12 back to the card. Other than that the service was good. This is the second time this has happened at two different Twin Peaks restaurants. read more

The restaraunt was big and well lit and decorated. Thats the best I can say because I knew when my server, Siobhan, spoke with me that the service was going to be poor. I ordered a medium Sirloin with tots. The steak was well done and the tots were burnt so hard that the fork could not penetrate them. Can't rate a restaurant that uses cleavage as a draw higher than "just ok". It's another "Hooters" play on "Twin Peaks", with servers scantily clad & "cutesy". gag. They were nice young ladies. They make a great burger, wasn't impressed with their brisket on the same burger with may too many raw onions and pickled jalapenos. I am not a fan of fries or their calories, in order to switch to anything else, it's an upcharge, including "2 sliced tomatoes". The fries were zero flavor but refusing to switch out to an item that cost the restaurant LESS is poor management. I came, I ate, I tipped, and will never be back to ANY Twin Peaks. read more

This past Sunday, my brother and I decided to try Twin Peaks. I had always wanted to eat at one since I saw them profiled on the show "Undercover Boss". We were not disappointed. I liked the ambience of the place. Our service was good. We ordered their fried pickles as an appetizer, they were delicious. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak,Fries and a House Salad. All of it was yummy. My brother ordered wings,fries and coleslaw. He said he didn't much care for the coleslaw but everything else was good. The food here is actually really good, which makes the rest of the experience even more disappointing. While eating, I noticed Maddie & some of the other servers laughing and pointing at us, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Before I could even finish my meal, we were told to leave with an exclamation that management didn't understand the situation.. Getting kicked out for no reason completely ruined my favorite place to watch football, get drinks & enjoy wings on Sundays. Until the staff's behavior improves and management learns to handle paying customers, I can't recommend this place, no matter how good the food is. read more

I wrote a review about seven months ago which has mysteriously disappeared while other reviews older than mine are still posted. In terms of food and drinks, seems most customers are happy. If the food is so good, I'm puzzled as to why it's necessary to promote the waitresses' bodies. It's Demeaning. The menu had endless amount of drink options and the girls working were lovely, but if you support women, this is not the place for you. I noticed that the theme and vibe of the restaurant had misogynistic tones due to the lack of clothes that the waitresses are required to wear, the sports illustrated bikini posters hung up, and the fact that there are semi-nude photos of women in the men's bathroom. Here are some tips that I believe could help the restaurant attract more females since I noticed that the place is male dominated: -Change your brand. The name "Twin Peaks" needs to go as it is a vulgar name to describe a women's breast. Take down inappropriate pictures of women (including the one's in the men's bathroom. Have the female employees wear a uniform that doesn't objectify them. Create a culture that uplifts women. Best of luck. I believe this place has the capacity to attract more female customers with some reshaping. read more

Stopped here to watch some March Madness and fights on tv. It was a great time! Payton was great and treated us very well. The drinks were also super fantastic and don't even get me started on the atmosphere. They pay crazy attention to detail here when it comes to the games on tv.
