ONE OF THE WORST PIZZA PLACES IN BETHLEHEM My boyfriend and I decided to try this pizza joint since people would always talk about how great it is. Our usual go to is Oliverios. I made an order around 530 and was told food will get to me in about 45 mins so I was okay great. I ordered 5 hot buffalo wings, 5 honey buffalo wings and a medium margherita pizza. The food came in about 40 mins and I was super excited to try it. I opened the pizza box and it looked really good. As I started to take the slices out from the box to plate. All of the topping just slid right off. The pizza was good but cold. I was expecting a nice hot pizza. We live right next to hotel Bethlehem so it's not like they had to travel far. I opened up the boxes for the buffalo wings and were given 2 flaccid pieces of celery in the two boxes. The wings were also cold. The wings were described as "jumbo" wings but when we actually saw them. They were not jumbo at all and were a pretty sad excuse of a buffalo wing. At this point in time, we have both become extremely frustrated and decided to call them and let them know. The guy who was on the phone was extremely rude and said that the pizza was delivered in 37 mins and it shouldn't be cold. NEWSFLASH IF the food was good and hot we would not have called and wasted our and their time. But that wasn't the case. His excuse was "that we were not the only delivery that they had to make today". My boyfriend then told them so you have a busy weekend and your quality isn't up to par. He requested for a refund since we didn't pay for cold food. The guy on the phone rejected our request and offered to make a new order right there and then or comp us for the next time we order from there. We declined the offer because if the food sucked the first time around what would make us get it the second time. My boyfriend demanded his money back and tried talking to the guy. The guy ended up hanging up. This is the one and only time we will ever order from there. If you want good and hot pizza that does delivery please go elsewhere. read more

Uuuum yum!!! First time ordering from Lehigh Pizza and I was happy with the food. It was cold when it arrived but that was more Grubhub than Lehigh Pizza. Even re-heated it was fabulous. This is my favorite pizza place in South Bethlehem. It's not to die for or anything, but I think it's definitely better than your other options: Campus Pizza is just gross and sketchy, Domino's is overpriced and their crust is too thick, and I've had bad customer service experiences at Sotto Santi. The pizza is quite good, but what really sets this place apart from other pizza shops in my mind is that the rest of the menu is really great as well. I LOVE their veggie parm sandwich and cheese fries. There's a lot of other options to check out too: something for everyone, even if you don't feel like pizza. It's a friendly sort of place and there's adequate dinner seating if you want to eat in. Also, free delivery is definitely a plus! The staff are friendly and I haven't had any problems. read more

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the sauce was pretty good. I ordered 20 wings and extra sauce. I didn't get the extra sauce, only got 19 wings and one of those wings was extra tiny. It seems like we got the end of the bag of wings. They lost my business and won't ever go again. Added insult to injury the person that took my order and handed my order gave me attitude. read more

What a horrible experience I had at Lehigh Pizza, Bethlehem, PA. I came in at closing time and everybody wanted to go home I was willing to take the leftovers (plain and 2 pep) in the front to make a pie so they didn't have to make another one and the guy, charge me almost 2 times more than what a pie cost, even more than a pepperoni pie. I don't feel cheated out of money or pizza but cheated of an opportunity for me to receive and them to offer great customer service. My band plays in and around Bethlehem and we stop by Lehigh Pizza for a late night snack. The last three times we were there the Pizza was excellent! Great individual funky slices. Staff is great! FYI, I am from NYC and have been exposed to REAL pizza! This place is really good! read more

Haven't set foot inside this establishment since they tried to serve us disgusting "floor pizza." There was only one slice of broccoli white pizza left, even asked us what else we would like in place of a second one bc that was all he had. Watched him drop it on the floor before placing in the oven. Then put on top of other slices! And when we confronted him he started screaming like a lunatic and told us to leave. 5 witnesses. We all saw it, we are appalled. None of us ever went back. And saying it was a false claim on the other witness's review is a flat out lie. This may have been years ago when it happened but, it still is burned into our memory. You should be ashamed. And with the amount of take out people are getting now it should be reviewed. read more

This place had the best pizza that I could find near the Lehigh campus. The student special was $7 for a large cheese pizza delivered to your dorm. I thought their pizza was far better than Campus Pizza and definitely worth the extra $2. read more

This place is small and dirty. I got a sausage pizza and the sausage tasted like it was rotten. I don't doubt that it was because the restaurant is so dirty and unorganized. Also, the people who work here look really scary and act like they don't care about what they're doing. The manager was yelling at one of the employees while I was there. Bad memories. We've been getting delivery from them for several years, and the pizza had always been great and the cheese steaks pretty good; however, the past four deliveries of cheese steaks have featured the chopped steak with huge clumps of fat and gristle. I told them about it at least twice, but they continue to use this sub-par steak for their sandwiches. If I were a student using the place just for pizza and beer I would rate them higher, but any business that doesn't care about their reputation and quality deserves no more than 2 stars. read more

Very dissapointed! I have been ordering for years. The last few times have been awful. I order out and usually get my order pretty quick. I ordered tonight and waited an hour and a half. The pizza for me was only worth 2 stars, but the staff were really friendly and I appreciated joking around with them. Pizza wasn't hot, or even warm if I'm being honest, but the crust was good. Good amount of toppings, but not great flavor. This place is no nonsense, good sized slices, paper plates, grab your own pepper flakes and/or beer. The convenience of free delivery is great, but getting a pizza warm is still a chance that you take by ordering from here. OK this rating is based on the fact this is a PIZZA SLICE place, this isn't a place you go for dinner. They without a doubt have the best slices (and selection) in Bethlehem, yes other locations (NY) has better slices and Soto Santis has cheaper slices but all considered you want a slice, especially after the bars, in Bethlehem you stop here. The beer selection also is great, although usually you've had enough by the time you hit this place. Realize your just going for a slice (and maybe some fries and pierogies which are good) and its definitely 4 stars. Don't bother ordering anything else. For so many people bragging about this place, I found it very average for the first time I was there. I orded the chicken cheesesteak with the works. The sauce was bland. The chicken was not seasoned. The bread (a key to any hoagie) was average. I tried a piece of the pizza friends ordered and it was anything but "the best in Lehigh Valley". Again, very average stuff. Great cheesesteak! I live in Georgia and occasionally visit Bethlehem for work. My boss took us out for a quick lunch one snowy day (clearly it was more of a dusting to people from PA) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This place is really good. Lehigh Pizza is what you call standard Pizza fare. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the register is pretty cramped, especially with a line. If your going for slices, Lehigh has basically a glass window with pies where you can pick your slices. Slices range from cheap to about $3 a slice for the more high end varieties. The place also has a full pizzeria menu for what you would expect from the area. Nothing crazy, but nothing horrible. Pizza is good, and service is usually fast. Most days even at lunchtime I can get two slices heated up in 5 minutes of less. It also features enough seating for the crowd. It's not as good as Sotto Santi, but then again it takes way less time to get your food. So if your in a rush and you want a pizza fix, lehigh will suffice. Otherwise Sotto Santi is your best bet. read more

Lehigh pizza will always be my number 1 spot, and is the only place I recommend to everyone for pizza in the area. Took a summer a couple years back and ate at almost every pizza place in the area with a group of buddies, Lehigh Pizza was easily a unanimous decision for #1. The pizza tastes amazing and is the perfect amount of crispy aswell, but is not overcooked. I make sure to get some every time I come visit the area. One of my local favorite places for a quick lunch. I get slices of pizza, usually 1, but if I can't decide between the white veggie or the spinach and mushroom I get 2! Greek salads are large and tasty. Take out is not as good as eat in....... The best slices in the Lehigh Valley! After going consecutively following last years and this years Cars n Coffee events (where there's - serious lack of food service), we can say it's a favorite amongst our group to sit with good pizza, beer, and good conversation while watching the crowds leave the event.
