We have been here a couple times and never had a bad experience. The pasta is always cooked al denté and fabulous. The only thing I will say, is the price of the pasta flight is a bit absurd. $45 for that pasta (no protein), when pasta is cheap... is just crazy. I work in the food business so it's just frustrating to see such greed from a business. But hey, the food is good. Nutella pizza was a great treat for us when we got home. We went on a Friday morning (I currently have a broken ankle) so it was nice to be able to go when it was super crowded and have a nice meal! The glass bottle Coke was a nice treat & the server was good and attentive. *there was hair on our pasta tongs but we simply just set them aside and didn't use them. Let me start out by saying, save your money. Never had pizza here before but will never go back again. I called and inquired about the sizes of their pies, I was told a small is 8 slices & large is 12- I got there to pick it up & it was literally a small box with a square pizza. Their idea of slices are small squares that will take approx 8 to fill up one adult. Baffled by this and also flustered because i was meeting our friends @6pm & now i was going to be late, i had to order a large pie. Waiting 10 mins, now my wings and " small pies" are getting cold, i am on my way. Not sure about anyone else but 8 slices to me is a reg size pie. If it is something different, they should have advised. When you drive past and look at their mobile food trailer, there is literally a round pie on it. Even with Wings being cold, they tasted delicious. The pizza was not put together well, sloppy w ton of sauce tossed on it. After shelling out 72 bucks for 2 small pizzas / 1 large / wings and an ice tea, i went home from my friends hungry to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Called manager to advise and he said he will retrain his staff and apologized. We began to debate a few things because he was listening to respond instead of listening to hear. We just split a Santorini Chicken sandwich. Delicious! The focaccia bread was freshly made and it added a wonderful dimension to delicious moist chicken breast grilled to perfection, melted cheese, a few mushrooms and tomatoes. 4 hours roaming in the Crayola Experience in Easton for the kids, we definitely have to replenish our body with good food and this time we are in a mood for pizza (again), pasta and some seafood. We found this Italian style gem in Bethlehem where we stayed over the weekend. The ambiance is cozy and we like the interior design. They have this mixed style of table and chairs where they have I think 6 or 8 are booth, a long table that could seat more than a dozen, another table that could 6 and of if I remember correclty another 2 tables for couples. We were greeted by a cheerful staff, and we got a booth by the window. She took our orders and in a good amount of time the food were served hot and in time. For the kids and the kid in me, we got the Pat's pizza, fries and chicken tenders. My wife got the pasta (shrimp, and forgot the name) which is taste really good and also ordered the mussels which we really love specially the sauce and how it was cooked/prepared. I noticed there's a Pat's truck outside and not sure if this roam to the nearby Univeristy or it opens during summer time. They also have a covered (tent) eating area just by the parking area, probably open for summer time. If by any chance you are visiting the Crayola Experience in Easton, touring the Martin Guitar in Nazareth or playing your luck in Windcreek, I highly recommend you to fill your tummy with any on Pat's menu. We took the bus out to them from Bethlehem. We called in advance and made a reservation. They were very busy. It's BYOB, which we didn't realize but that's fine. The pasta flight isn't on the menu online but it's $45 for 3 pastas. We wound up not ordering that. I got fettuccine with butter. He got lasagna which was served in a cast iron pan. It was super filling and came with focaccia. I wish all their pastas came with a piece. The waitress was really nice especially about my allergies. I placed a order to go on August 15th. I have moved in this area for about a year. I only live 3 blocks away. I ordered Pats soup, 2 salads the one with beets and cheese. A small garden pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. I love this restaurant and always was pleased with the food. But my opinion changed after this order. The pasta was gummy like it sat in water for some time and the sauce was gooey and it was a disgusting dish for $25.00. The two salads had old greens that had faded from being stored too long. The pizza which was a garden pizza was excellent as well as the soup. I ended up throwing 2 salads and the pasta dish in the trash. I never worry about price of good food, but this was absolutely disgusting. I know my food because I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I picked this place and recommended it to my friends. This was very disappointing and could have be prevented if someone cared . I came here with my best friend after a long day. She has always raved about this restaurant! I just needed to try it for myself, so we finally went together. Our waitress Sam was incredible. She was attentive to our table and made sure we had everything. The restaurant was super clean and put together. They had music playing in the background quietly, which makes it a quieter scene. When our food arrived I was blown away at how wonderful the pasta tasted and how well seasoned and grilled the chicken was. We ordered some bread to go with the pasta because that's what completed the pasta. After our food we shared a tiramisu. The tiramisu was more ice cream like but tasted amazing. Cute, small place. I was surprised by the size of the place. We stopped in on our way back from Hershey Park. They are constantly busy. Our waitress was nice but could have checked on us during our meal. Food was good. For starters we got the mozzarella sticks and focaccia bread. For dinner we got the pasta flight. The mozzarella sticks were spot on, and I particularly loved the garlic aioli served alongside them. We also tried the Pats salad with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, which I used to dip my crust--definitely a 10 out of 10. The second visit was decent; I ordered the Arugula salad, but the beets were canned, which was disappointing. The pizza was good, but it didn't match the exceptional quality of my first experience (it rarely does). However, by the third time, the experience was terrible. The restaurant had a foul smell, and while the waitress was friendly, the management was rude. The pizza was soggy, the soup I ordered was cold and watered down, and the chicken tenders were dry and hard. The only redeemable item was the French fries. To top it off, the music was blasting, and they had the audacity to ask me to turn down my child's iPad because it was too loud. The atmosphere was off, and the staff in the back seemed miserable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, she attributed the poor quality of the food to a different chef, which is unacceptable. Food: it rarely pains me to leave only 2 stars, because 99.999% of the time it's completely warranted. However, this time, I could not leave anymore than a measly 2 stars simply because the food was just lacking, on all fronts. We really do eat with our eyes first, and my sight fooled me big time. My food was overly salted (the brussel sprout hash), and rock hard (the lemon ricotta pancake). Seriously, my lemon ricotta pancake was rock solid, impossible to slice with a knife. I wanted to like the brussel sprout hash so badly, but all I could taste is salt and more salt with each bite. My friend did not enjoy his lemon ricotta pancake either, so mine was not just a fluke - both came from the kitchen that way. We were so disappointed that he decided to order something else simple, i.e. chicken fingers and fries along with a side of waffle hash browns. I am not much into chicken fingers, but the fries were delicious and soft, and the waffle hash browns had an amazing crunch. There's a creme fraiche that comes on the plate with it - perfection! Those items saved brunch a little, but it was not what we came for. Service: excellent from the moment we walked inside! The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, as you'd likely expect for weekend brunch. Everything was clean and spacious, but the food was the biggest disappointment. What makes Pat's different is i DO plan to go back, just never again for brunch. I want to try their pasta flight more than anything. I hope it does not disappoint. That's a pretty high hope, judging based on brunch. Also, there were complementary bellini's for brunch, how nice!! We went back to Pat's for another family dinner since our last visit didn't go so well. Our group numbered 10 in all, a few of whom were children, which can be a challenge. Pat's staff handled it beautifully, especially Tatiana. We started off with some apps for the table which were tasty. Some bread came next with some of the best dipping oil I've ever tasted. Fantastic start. Then the entrees, some of us ordered pasta flights to share, which were excellent choices. I had the Pappardelle & meatballs (delicious), my wife ordered Penne with chicken in Vodka sauce (also delicious). The kids had pasta with sauce, which they finished every last bite. Pat's Pizza & Bistro is a family owned business that specializes in all things Italian. This is the first location to come to the the Lehigh Valley. I've heard of this place, and drove by it 100 times, but never stopped in. I kept seeing these "pasta flights" all over social media and that's what got me to come in. I had to try one! The pasta flights are $40 and you get to choose three different types of pasta. Your choices are Fettuccine con Fungi, Ricotta Gnocchi in pesto, Caccio e Pepe, Pappardelle Aurora, Penne Vodka, Tortellini Alfredo, and Sophia Loren. The three I got to try we're all delicious but the Fettuccine con Fungi was my favorite. I highly recommend the pasta flights if you are unsure of what to order. Along with all of the food being amazing, the service was just as good! Our server was friendly and accommodating, and the owner Yanni was welcoming and very hospitable. We love Pat's. What a great new purpose for an old 7-11. Their pizza is the best in the Valley, with a bubbly crust and creamy cheese. Their pastas are wonderful, and homemade. They even have bucatini! I'm not normally a fan of creamy sauces but their vodka sauce is quite good. We like their caesar salad too. And don't sleep on their lunches... They have a beyond burger and a caprese sandwich that are both delicious, and the parmesan kettle chips they come with are phenomenal! My only wish is that their marinara sauce was more savory, less sweet. We love a BYOB establishment as well, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Sachetti pasta stuffed with four cheeses with wild caught shrimp and mushrooms in brandy pesto sauce, was named after Italian actress Sophia Loren. Roasted vegetables were added to chicken parmesan and Sophia Loren dishes. Cacio E Pepe was a rich pasta dish. Garden pizza shared with friend, half pepperoni for her, half margherita for me. My brother and I enjoyed BYOB with Pinot Grigio, Mediterranean salad with flame grilled chicken breasts and margherita pizza. He got to try first tiramisu. We look forward to the profiteroles. Came here for brunch and was not disappointed at all! Our waitress was awesome and super helpful with deciding what to get. We sat outside and got COMPLIMENTARY Peach Bellini's that were super good! I came with a group and we ended up just ordering a bunch of stuff to try and it was our best idea! My favorite was absolutely the italian bennie and the waffle hash browns! The lemon ricotta pancake was good but it was more like a cake than a pancake. The loaded tot hash was a killer too It wasn't super busy on a Sunday morning and everything came out perfectly. Wow- where do I even start. Pat's is hands down the best Italian food I've ever had in my life. They catered my friend's wedding and I can't stop thinking about the amazing food. The chicken tenders were out of this world- crispy and delicious. The pasta selections were spectacular. The desserts were top tier and fabulous. Every employee was so nice and personable as well! Nice little gem in Bethlehem. Tried it for the first time last night with my wife. We shared the braised mussels which were very good. The sauce was so good I could have used more crostini for dipping! We then shared a pasta flight which is a novel idea. Gnocchi with pesto, pappardelle with mushrooms and cace e pepe...all excellent and we ended up taking a little less than half home...yummy. It's a BYOB and super casual. They have a dish called Sophia Loren. It's a shrimp dish with little purse shaped pasta. Heavenly! I highly recommend it and the restaurant.

Coming from a New York pizza lover, Pat's is pretty good for what it is. If you like a thick doughy pie, this is the place for you. You can taste the quality in the ingredients they use Personally, I enjoyed their pasta flight the most. Very pricey but you are getting a hefty amount of food. Fun dish to share with the table. We Had three very delicious meals at Pat's Monday evening! Our f owns and my husband both ordered Salmon platters that were enough for 2nd meals + very delicious!! (This was for a delivery order done during the time of Covidious. When things resume some form of normality in the future your results likely will vary.) While I drive by Pat's numerous times every week (to think this place for a long time was an old dumpy 7-11) and they have been open now for a few years, I never stopped or even thought about placing an order. Why? It comes down to two things. Even though there have been a few recent causalities (Penn Pizza & Bethlehem Parlour) there is still a glut of small mom and pop Italian places in the vicinity. I know that comparing Pat's to those places is not exactly an apples to apples comparison, at the core they are offering variations of the same things except that Pat's raises the expectation game on by calling themselves a bistro and by charging higher prices. Their website is very easy to use. Most items have a corresponding picture and they also give you a realistic tracker as to when your order will be delivered. They do offer 15% off your 1st online order plus they list other coupon codes on their site plus if you live quasi-locally you will get hit often in the mail with their menu/coupons (that part is not good but the 15% off is). Mozz Sticks - Chicken Parm - Eggplant Al Forno The sticks had plenty of cheese and a good coating on them. Their red sauce is very good although the cup of some kind of white sauce that was in the box with it was not very good. It smelled funky/stale. Needless to say it got thrown out. Whatever it was, it's not part of the menu description for the sticks. The chicken parm is large and the chicken quality is fantastic. What's not fantastic is ordering this in a delivery format. When the chicken with all its sauce and cheese gets plopped on top of the accompanying pesto potatoes it makes them lose their flavor although I love the idea of anything else being served with a chicken parm that's not a pasta. A+ In regards to the eggplant. Again, the sauce and cheese that is used is excellent but the outer perimeter of the eggplant was inedible. It was rock hard. Once that outer ring was cut off the rest was great. I will admit that the food and the delivery from Pat's overall was good. Notice that we purposely did not order pizza. That's because to me pizza is supposed to be comparatively cheap and the pizza from here is certainly not at $15 a large w/o any toppings. Overall I wouldn't say that anything we got was outstanding but it was good enough that every so often we might add them into our delivery order rotation. (3.5 generously rounded to 4) read more

Tried Pat's for the first time the other day for lunch and I was so pleasantly surprised at how delicious my meal was!! We started off by sharing a small Harvest salad and it was more than plenty for two people. We then got the pasta flight with pesto gnocchi, Sophia loren, and fettuccine with mushroom. The Sophia Loren is a MUST try. It had delicious flavor with the four cheese stuffed pasta and large shrimp! So delicious, I will definitely be ordering that again. Last but not least, we ordered a Diavolo pizza which had that amazing wood fire pizza crunch and a spicy (but not too spicy) kick. I cannot wait to come back to Pat's again soon! read more

They were the absolute best mussels I've ever had, I'm not sure what all they put in the broth but they were incredible. For me, the pasta fell short, but I think it's such a great idea! Not my favorite restaurant. The seating was awkward. The person to my left was practically yelling in my ear. It was loud/noisy, the food was meh. We ordered a margherita pizza, aegean salad, and antipasta salad, Just very forgettable. The aegean salad was more greens than beets or cheese. It was difficult to eat as a result. The pizza, honestly barely edible in my opinion, the antipasta was just poorly presented and just not tasty. Thank goodness I never have to eat there again.
