    Buffalo Chicken Pizza

The best pizza place in the south side. They have great pizza as well as a great selection of things that aren't pizza like wings gyros and sandwiches. I am going to have to take a star away because one time I got sick after eating here.

Best TURKISH local Resturant in south Bethlehem! I have tried grilled chicken burger and chicken kebab. The food quality and taste is very nice. The price we pay for food is also good. They have a friendly staff.

Very nice addiction to our south side Bethlehem restaurant scene. Very clean environment and very affordable place to eat. Friendly service and the food was pretty good. Great for the price.

Pickled jalapeños... what I specifically asked not to have !

In giving them five stars because the chicken cheese steak is my favorite. However-- I hate ordering things and then not getting what I order. I don't know what's changed the last two times but my order literally never changes which is why it's even more annoying that lately, it's wrong. I get a chicken cheese steak. Peppers, mushrooms and onions with provolone. No sauce. 1 roasted jalapeño on the side and a side of ranch. 1 Diet Coke. Last week I ordered this and they gave me pickled jalapeños on the side (gross) and no Diet Coke or ranch... but I surely was charged for it. The driver drove back my Coke and forgot the ranch and the jalapeño. I said forget it. I work at the nursing home my life's stressful enough and I'm starving. Today I ordered the same thing and the woman even REMEMBERED ME! Told me "roasted jalapeño not pickled, right?" Told me she would "make sure". ...... I get the sandwich and I have NO side of 1 roasted jalapeño and there's a shit ton of YOU GUESSED IT-- pickled jalapeños. I get it. You're busy. But like you guys can't slow down for 30 seconds to make sure everything is made How it's ordered and ensure that everything gets to the person you're charging money? It's super annoying and really such a huge let down when a nurse looks so forward to her perfect chicken cheesesteak just how she likes it and goes to open it and eat it cold... and it's fucking wrong and things are forgotten. It sucks and I'm sad. Have a good one.

6 toppings on a large for $20. Good deal.

You walk in, you are at the bar area,But, there is a hostess stand there if you are interested in grabbing a booth to order food. Which is what we have always done and is what we will now never do again because service from this 1 particular shorter waitress is awful. After she dropped our food to the table we didn't see her for an hour despite trying our best to flag her down and asking the other waitress to get her for us so we could have our bill. The owner was working harder than this waitress collecting our empty dishes, asked us if we needed anything, cleaning tables( our waitress removed a used empty glass when she seated us) and I have no clue where she went or what she was doing that while time that she failed to see if everything was okay, we needed anything/refills or were ready to the check. Instead, since my daughter is a regular, she gave us a tip to sit at the bar and order food. Service is much better. Every time we've gone there the food has always been good. This time I got a chicken philly cheesesteak and it was delicious also! Can't say much about the crowd. It's definitely a spot for the younger groups to hang out since the college is so close. The bad thing about that is that they don't respect you at your booth if you are in one just for food. They stand right in front of your table in groups talking and you have zero privacy and it's actually a bit suffocating. When they finally did all move for a moment, I could finally feel the air circulation. This was only around 5:30pm. Service- still awful Food- great Atmosphere- depends what you're looking for

We ordered a mix of appetizers, including the cheesesteak egg rolls, breaded mozzarella half moons, housemade G's sauce wings, and the grilled cheese with fries. Everything came out hot and fresh. The wings were the standout, great flavor with G's sauce, which is like a peppery hot sauce. It's not super spicy, but it does have a slight kick. We mentioned this to our server who agreed that this batch was unusually very small. We made mention of our disappointment to the hostess at our departure. We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

However, the overall experience was disappointing due to slow service, lack of communication, and issues with the food. We visited after the Lehigh Graduate Commencement Ceremony and were seated from 1:30-3:00 PM. Our server, Younise, only checked on us roughly every 15 minutes. It then took 45 minutes for pretzels and another 30 minutes for our 2 entrees. While we overheard that the kitchen was behind, this was never communicated to us directly, which made the long wait more frustrating. There was also an issue with my order. I ordered the Caesar salad wrap (Julius' Chicken Dance $14), but I was brought a Caesar salad with chicken ($3 up-charge) instead. The server did not offer to have the kitchen correct it or provide an alternative. After discussing it, I eventually asked if she could bring me a tortilla so I could make the wrap myself. A 15% discount was applied, which I appreciated, but the bill still listed the incorrect meal and reflected the higher-priced salad instead of the wrap I originally ordered. The burger was also underwhelming, as the cheese was not melted. For a meal that came to over $60 for pretzels, a burger, a salad item, and one drink, I expected better communication, food quality, and customer service. The ambiance was great, but the entrees and service unfortunately did not match the setting

Initial thought-It was 5PM and we were the only table. Pros- -Waitress was extremely kind, attentive, and sweet. -Had regular ketchup vs. house-made that was offered previously. Cons- -Sprite was flat and tasted like dirty club soda. -Fries were extremely salty. The bowl that was brought out as an appetizer were a little better than those served with the burger(s). -Fried Chicken Sandwich (see picture) looked as though it was on the floor, or picked out of the garbage, and tasted just the same. -Four of us had a burger, which was just okay. The seasoning on them was overwhelming and couldn't finish the burger as a result. ------ After the two people at the bar left, we were the only table in the restaurant (6 people). We're not sure if the manager was present, but given that we were the only table on a Saturday night, we would have expected there to be some interest in hearing directly from customers for feedback and learning how to improve. While we had hoped that giving it another chance would lead to a more enjoyable experience, there's still a lot that needs improvement for us to consider it worthwhile--let alone edible.

I imagine this place is more for the evenings and weekends- so I'll return for a second shot soon. Our party of 5 enjoyed the retro ambiance and throw-back decor. The place was clean, if not, unused. I hope they are getting the business they need to survive. The menu looked interesting with a few out-of-the-box options. The prices seemed on par if not a little high as they upcharged for additions things like fries. I can't think of a more normal complimentary pairing like burger and fries. While my buddy got the normal retro burger I went to their chalkboard special of brisket on a housemade potato bun, of sorts. The flavor was good but it came out lukewarm and cold in spots. It clearly was reheated food. I had to send it back and upon its return, it was warm (not even hot) on the 2nd try. I had hoped for better from Retro, to be honest. The fries seemed hand-cut and tasted decent but nothing special. The service was friendly but unattentive as we had to ask for refills and my water was never filled (since I never asked). Since my dish had to be reheated my party had eaten most of their food by the time I got mine and while the server said "sorry about that" - that's all. Good establishments recognize the major failure of reheat/late dishes and typically offer a dessert, some money off, or something- they did nothing. Remember- the place was empty so it's not as if they couldn't focus on quality. I hate offering their first Yelp review with only 3 stars, but I will return and give them another shot during primetime and will update this review. I can't say I have high hopes for their survival as better restaurants (like Mint) have occupied this space and didn't make it. Here's hoping Jason (Exec chef) and company can make it here, if not just for their sake.

Unfortunately, there was a strong cold draft at floor level, leaving our feet uncomfortably cold throughout the meal. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile. The food service was unremarkable. Our waiter was not particularly friendly nor personable. The drinks were a weak start. The red sangria was poor. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.
