I was told 10-14 days is their timeframe. I pointed out my pet has already been there for 3 weeks. I was told they would prioritize my pet. The only thing worse than having to euthanize your pet is learning their remains have been hanging around the crematorium for three weeks all because I didn't purchase any keepsakes. They were cherished family members for over 12 years . The time had come that their bodies were failing and their quality of life was diminishing .
