Yelp should have an entry for allergists!…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Diconcetto for about six months. I really like the doctor...he's a really nice guy. The drug reps also seem to like him, as he's got a sample of everything...great when you're trying different drugs trying to find a good combination to fix you. Downside (or maybe an upside, I guess) is that his billing people are forever slow. Four months after my first appointment, they had never billed me for what was left after insurance. I finally asked about it and they printed me a statement. I guess he doesn't really need the money. :-p. I just don't like having a pile of medical bills...who knows if they'll just forget to bill me one day and turn it over to collections since it's so old.

They are down to earth and knowledgeable, but the doctors truly listen and are willing to learn and adapt. I am so impressed with the quality of care, but more so the quality of patient experience. They don't type and stare at a computer the whole time. They actually LOOK you in the eye like a human being. My husband, children, and I love this office.

I was seen at first by a very rude , curt heavyset dark haired Latin lady who interrupted my explanation and didn't listen to my concerns about taking my BP . She asked if I wanted to take a test first and then see the medical assistant or the other way around either way she was very rude and unprofessional. The actual MA was nice but unfortunately the meds. Prescribed were ineffective.I wouldn't recommend this place at this point. And who the heck is Jefferson medical anyway? Another Philadelphia hospital group gobbling up LVHN?

I'm already scheduled for my mammogram for next year, which is a plus, so I don't forget to schedule. I also appreciated that I did not feel rushed through the appointments as my concerns were addressed appropriately and thoroughly by Dr. Car. The LVHN Patient portal was helpful as well -if any additional questions I was able to get feedback there. If anything, getting a hold of the right person over the phone was a hassle at times, but it is to my knowledge that the office is busy and all practices are dealing with high volumes of patients so that is expected. Dr. Mozumdar was also helpful, as he took me in last minute on a day that I accidentally walked in a day early due to a scheduling error on the portal. Dr. Koshar is very friendly and I had one visit with him as well. The least I could do to thank the doctors and staff for their help was to write a positive review. So thank you all!
