Got a call Friday at 2:20 that they were running late and would have to postpone the job until Monday. So we had to go the weekend without heat. I was promised they would be there "promptly at 8" and gone by noon. I called at 8:45 when they still weren't there. They got there around 9 and didn't get done until after 3:30. That was a week and a half ago. And today I am fixing the shoddy workmanship myself. $4k, 3 day postponement, 1 hour late, 2 1/2 hours longer than stated. And they still didn't do it right. I'm beyond livid. Pictured is the hole they left because apparently they don't know how to use tape correctly.
