Besides the fact that this place is the business of taking people in, chopping them up, and then sending them off, they did a good job with my mom. She is very happy with the results. Karen, the nurse who took care of my mom, has a great personality and she really bonded with my mom during her pre and post-op appointments. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was that directly after the surgery, sure they gave her a chance to wake up from the anesthesia, she was rushed to get dressed and get out. The woman just had major surgery! This angered me a little, I mean they had just cut her open! Everyone should think twice about getting plastic surgery. The healing process is hard. However, sometimes it is needed for health reasons. In either case, you'll be in good hands at this facility.

I secured financial responsibility and had all my visits to prepare for my surgery. On August 30th i went under the knife. Dr Steven Robinson didnt even have the decency to go and talk to my husband who was waiting for me. He called him. Very Unprofessional in my opinion. We had just spent $12,000. It would have been money well spent had he done his job and did it good. 20+ years "Dr" Robinson had been cutting into people and somehow I was the one that got butchered. My incisions were deep, crooked, he overlapped causing a crease in my skin under my arms and my left breast incision had been coming open and infected. I had to buy butterfly bandages to pull incision back together and that didn't even work. Not to mention I literally bled from my incisions for weeks. I went into surgery a DDD and came out a D....but I "didnt" get a reduction. I became very self conscious and didn't leave the house for 6 months. I had always been a big chested girl until Robinson cut into me. I had spoke to the office manager about getting some money back as all I had gotten out of this was a botched surgery and scars that will last a lifetime. (Not a lift) One of my scars (now that it's been almost 2 years) is literally 1.5" wide. I wanted a lift to feel sexy and now I'm scarred for life. I dont feel sexy i feel ugly and damaged. I couldn't wait any longer so I went to The Plastic Surgery Institue in Dayton where I got 440 cc's implants put in just to get back to a DDD. How did I get that big of implants if he didnt remove any tissue? After going back and forth with the office they refused to pay me anything. I even told the office manager about my implants. I asked how did I have to get that big of implants to get back to my size before surgery if he hadnt removed tissue. She didnt have any answer. I did exactly that -- I emailed them politely and respectfully, hoping to resolve things privately. Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. They promise results they don't deliver, and once you express any concern, they completely turn their back on you!

After telling her I've always been unhappy with my upper arms, feeling that they are quite sizeable compared to my frame, she recommended Vaser lipo. As to the results, I'll let the before and after photo speak for itself. Unlike other surgeons, Dr. Atluri did not try to upsell me or mention other imperfections she could "fix." She also encouraged me to think about the procedure, research, and ask questions before scheduling. The actual procedure was comfortable and quick. Dr. Atluri and her staff are amazing. I even showed up two hours early for my follow up and they got me in right away. The recovery was quick, procedure Friday and back to work on Tuesday. Horrible experience…read more Started during my Vaser lipo surgery, not enough lidocaine was prepared and I was screaming in agony, while Dr. Atluri told me to "suck it up" and "be a big girl" if I wanted her to finish. They kept giving me more Ativan, and after 5, I was finally able to relax. During my first follow up, she proudly showed me her new laughing gas set up, saying that next time, no one else would have to go through what I went through. After my healing period, it was quite apparent my results were NOT good. I looked nothing like the inspiration pictures I had shown her, Lots of fat pockets left and a huge lump (about 4 inches across) in front which she tried to say was my stomach muscle.( it's scarring) After telling her I was not happy with the results, she started yelling at me, saying it wasn't her fault, and how hard the surgery was for HER. After going back and forth, she finally agreed to try some other treatments like vaser shape and steroid shots and coolsculpting, to "fix" it After a year and a half of all of that, my results are not any better. I went into my final follow up, with extreme hesitancy, knowing she was going to be angry when I told her I still wasn't happy. As expected, she began yelling at me "DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID?!" (Meaning my screaming in pain during surgery) And told me "Go write a bad review! I don't care! I'll come after you!!!" I had not even said ANYTHING about a review!! After she said that, I told her, I KNEW you would react this way, and gathered my things to leave. She continued yelling at me down the hall, so I turned around and told her that she disfigured me, and she yelled WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT. So here's my bad review. Completely unprofessional, and clearly lacks the skills to do vaser lipo correctly.
