I've been to a lot of these indoor facilities and this one is kind of fun. It's kind of tucked back from the road and has kind of a Minneapolis Metrodome vibe. (or I guess you could say silverdome but there were no real competitive sporting events that actually occurred in that building ;) The field is enormous. It's true that the lighting is not very good and it kind of smells but I don't see that it's different from any of the other places that I've been to in that regard. I think this is a worthwhile place!

The club house and grounds are well kept. The members running the shoot were all very friendly, making my day there one to be remembered. They threw nice targets and the shoot was well managed and moved at along at a good pace. I plan to shot at Linden again this summer.

Today topped our list for one of the best (if not the best) trail rides we have ever done. Calvin was the guide for our group of three. The horses were very well-trained and energetic. This is definitely not your "walk in a line" type stable ride which was refreshing. We felt he tailored the ride to the experience level of our small group in terms of trails and gaits, and we always felt safe. We can't wait to come back.

I believe more parking than they need here but I'm a fan of more is better. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is the bathroom situation. All I've ever seen is a portable bathroom and that's not my idea of a good time. I would prefer something more permanent for a soccer/sledding park. This won't keep me from going here but it had to be said. The final grade is good though and I would recommend a visit if your in the area.
