As bowling alleys go, this is a very nice place. It is not the most modern alley I've been to, but that's ok. In fairness to my review, there are a few factors that affect my rating. We live 1/4 of a mile away, so we can walk here if we want. That's a big benefit. We have only been here a few times as it can be busy, and the first time I stopped by. All the lanes were booked. My interaction with the people that work here have all been positive. We recently stopped in on a weekend and had a great time. The Mad Hatter pub which is connected to the bowling alley is a hidden gem. It's very nice inside, the staff was super friendly. It was pretty slow for a Saturday, but it seems like a cool place to come hang out and watch a game. They have pool tables as well which was cool. I'd like to stop by and try their food sometime. All and all it's a nice place to bowl, have some drinks and maybe get a game of pool. read more

This spot is overpriced and poorly staffed and the ones that are there are rude. It's the Wild West with folks running around without masks and just rude staff. Over priced greasy food and restrooms that need a biological research staff to observe them before a good cleaning. Drinks were reasonably priced, hot dogs were $1, the atmosphere was nice. The best part was that on Wednesdays, games were $1/person. For 4 people, two games, and 4 shoe rentals, it came out to be $18. That's how much some places charge for an hour of bowling! I got a coke for $1.50, from the 'bar', there weren't free refills, but it was really good. I've had some pretty bad pop at bowling alleys before. I'll dock a star because there were quite a few younguns who probably should've been supervised. But it might just be because of the cheap night of bowling. Apparently tomorrow night (Thursdays) they have karaoke. It's within 5 miles of my house, so I hope to spend some more time here! read more

It's a nice bowling alley and for the MOST PART the service is great. They're friendly at the restaurant and the main counter. The bartending the night we were there seemed so unhappy. At first I was wondering how she got the job as a bar tender with such a scowl on her face. Her job is customer service and her service is how I base my tip. I thought maybe she was just being rude to me for some reason, but I eventually noticed she treated everyone like that. I gave her the benefit of the doubt - maybe she was just having a bad time in her personal life. The food was really good, too! read more

Guy at the counter was very rude, and did not seem to want to help. Other time I went in, I spoke with a lady and she was more than willing to get me and my group started which is what I appreciated. The shorter guy with glasses had a horrible attitude and even argued with us. Big time joke read more

I did not enjoy my experience here. The guy behind the counter that had helped me (seemed maybe like owner or manager?) was very rude. I went on a Friday night, which at 10 is when they have glow bowling. I guess this is when the high schoolers like to go and bowl. I'm still relatively young, but not been in high school for a few years, so I'm not going to be offended if someone thought I still was a high schooler.... Whoever this guy was just had this horrible attitude toward any of the younger groups that were in there. I've never been one to be obnoxious or break the rules, so it just annoys me when people stereotype. After we had paid our admission, we were having problems with the computer system not linking up right with our lane or something. So, we went up to the guy (acting as if we were totally inconveniencing him) and he gave us an attitude as if we were stupid, and told us just to press the reset button. We told him we had already tried doing that and to no avail. So, he huffs and puffs over to our lane, and presses the button and walks away. This STILL didn't fix the issue. So, once again, we went back up to the counter, and explained it still wasn't working right. The man just looked at us with an annoyed expression, and a different, female worker had just walked up and was able to fix our problem easily by going in the computer... and did so with a smile and WITHOUT attitude. Thank goodness for her. :) I guess if you don't mind bad service, there isn't a major issue for you here. The overall bowling alley was fine, but being in customer service myself, I have a huge problem with people that don't show the same respect as I do. read more

We've never bowled here, but there isn't a separate listing for the bar. We've eaten here twice. It's not crazy loud like some bars, the decor is nice and new, and the service is good. They also have yummy food and great prices and offer fabulous Groupon deals. read more

Better than your average bowling alley. Don't do a Kids league there. Not enough participants. Teacher was not there enough to teach the kids. Not worth it. Cheap low quality hot dogs after season is over that my kid wouldn't touch. Good for family bowling one off games. Upgraded scoring equipment is a plus. read more

We love this place!! Our son has autism and we brought him here last week and all the lanes were booked or getting ready to be used for there leagues. But they accommodated us because of our son and gave us free passes as well because we could only bowl for a couple of games but it was more then enough to make our son happy. And we returned this week. Great food as well. Our kids love it. And so do we. read more

Excellent "Bumper Bowling League." My son just finished an 8 week session & it has been great. The kids had so much fun. Pricing is unbelievable-- $24 for 8 weeks (1x/wk), that includes shoe rentals! And they got cupcakes one week, pizza party another & trophies! The staff was phenomenal! Only downside is sometimes parents aren't punctual, but that's not the bowling alleys fault. read more

Fresh off bowling a 270 on WII we decided to try Wonderlands, however i feel the equipment is defective here as i could hardly bowl over 100. Or possibly i enjoyed too many Margherita before leaving the house & too many Beers whilst bowling, whatever the reason i shall be back to try & equal my WII Scores. read more

Place is a lot bigger than what you would expect. It's clean, has very accommodating staff, and lanes are not too oily...although I wish they wouldn't oil them at all. They have a fun bar area that starts getting busy around 9-10pm on the weekends...not sure about weekdays. What I also really like about this is place is that they have awesome bowling deals everyday which keeps me coming back. This is probably one of my favorite bowling places that I've ever been to. read more

I have bowled here for almost two years on a leauge and also just for a family night out. They are amazing, the food is great and they are extremely helpful when you have any questions. This place used to be all the rage when I was a kid, it used to have an awesome arcade room, and you couldn't beat the burgers and fries! Flash forward to 2015 and we are celebrating My husband's birthday,and he wanted to go bowling. So I read up on all of the bowling alleys around, and I read the reviews on Wonderland Lanes, which were all pretty good, so I thought why not give it a try. So we went in, and as soon as we entered and went to the front desk, we were given attitude almost instantly. An older fellow was working with a younger guy and they were the ONLY two people working in the entire bowling alley! I had asked a question about some of the lanes, and right away the old guy snapped at Me, without reason. So I ignored it and we got our two lanes. Then I approached the desk and asked if they had any coffee, and the younger guy said "Yeah but I'll have to make some" I said that was fine, well 45 mins. later and still no coffee, he was running around taking care of everyone else, which I do understand since they were super short staffed, and so I asked the old man behind the counter if they had any coffee. And he replied "Yeah but it will take 10 mins to make" I said ok. I waited 25 mins, still no coffee, so I went back up to the desk and inquired about a menu for food since we were all getting hungry. The old guy replied "Oh we don't have a menu, we don't serve food here" I was at a loss for words, I said I KNOW they did serve food there, and then he said "You can order some food from somewhere else and have them deliver it here" I didn't even waste My time replying and just took off with My mother-in-law to the Mcd's across the street to grab some food for us hungry natives. It was honestly one of THE MOST ridiculous things I've ever heard. Your a bowling alley, there is ALWAYS a place to grab something to eat at a bowling alley! And when My Mother-In-Law and I returned with the food, sure enough there was a pizza delivery guy who pulled up to deliver to someone else who was having a party there! But it doesn't end there, there were at least two more food deliveries made when we were bowling! And then come to find out, they actually DO serve food, but not until after 4:30pm (Which would have been REALLY nice to know!) This place has gone to crap since I had been there as a kid, the new owners apparently don't give a crap. And the attitudes were terrible. I do-not understand why they get such good ratings on here, it's very misleading! All in all we made the best out of a garbage situation, and bowled a few games and left to have some real food. It was a HUGE deal to ask the guy behind the counter for a pitcher of some ice water, let alone anything else! Honestly don't waste your time here, this place is dead. Unless you enjoy mediocre bowling and service. read more
