Not to mention our neighbor was so chatty even after midnight for two nights. My son and I were both had little sleep the night before his showcase because of this issue. They also stopped the service of house cleaning and instead asking customers to fill out on the door hanger for the necessary amenity items. I have filled it out and placed on the door knob but they never brought the items I requested. Also they never sent me the receipt via email as the Clark said she will. It was the closet facility to the Lakepoint and that is the reason I chose to stay here. But I won't be back to stay here. Just poor services.

The drive from the main road seemed a little sketchy, since I got there fairly late and all the truckers were taking up space all over. But the room itself was quite nice for the price. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Stayed 5 days and they cleaned the room once after repeatedly asked. The only elevator that had been working broke down for 6 hours. Then broke down again the next day. The other has been broken since at least October.
