    This place is horrible, go to ANY other dealership! I hate leaving bad reviews but when I'm mis-treated I feel like I need to let the public know ! Walked around ready to trade my lease for about 30 min not a single person came to talk to me, meantime 6 Nissan employees were sitting in the front bullshitting! Finally when I was about to leave the only person that came up to me was John Anderson, which was great but then he looked at me up and down and I felt judged to what I was wearing and possibly the color of my brown skin considering he came to greet the white family that had just pulled in, I was just so happen to be right beside them on the way out !! Didn't like the experience at all !!!

    Love my car. I always receive great customer service. No complaints. This is my go to dealership.

    I had a check engine light come on, I made an appointment via phone. Generally unhelpful experience with the front desk throughout this experience. I finally get routed back to the Service Department and am assisted by Matt Davis. He confirms my appointment and takes the time to explain what situation would warrant a rental car and assures me there will be transportation arranged to get me to work. I show for my appointment the next morning, Matt checks me in, gets my vehicle in line, and arranges an Uber through a ride share program (incredibly helpful!), and gives me a timeline for when I'll hear back about my vehicle. Around 3pm, I receive an email from my technician walking through why my car through the code and how they remedied. I picked my car up at the end of the day and Matt had run my vehicle through the car wash. Overall great experience and it's a relief to have a place and people I know I can trust to bring my car in a time of need.

My paper work literally said ATTENTION FLOWERS hand written on their copy, my guess is that meant take care of him because we have done so bad up til this point and they still made me pay for repairs (reason I'm surprised is it is a certified preowned I bought 20 days ago). It was only $300 so I'm not tripping but what a joke. It's not about the money but principle. This world has become full of bad actors and people who don't deserve what they have. They stayed late without rushing us and made sure that we were making a deal that was to all parties' satisfaction. I would (and already have) absolutely recommend this dealership to friends looking for a Subaru. The experience was enough that I will be considering a Subaru for our next new vehicle when I may otherwise have looked at other manufacturers. Long version- While out of town, my wife and I became interested in a new 2026 Subaru Solterra with a specific trim/option that wasn't available anywhere in the state. Evan Ruggiero worked to help us find exactly what we were asking for with a dealership transfer. Because of the other dealership, that didn't pan out and we had to start the search over, and we expanded the color options we were open to. Johnson Subaru ended up having our desired trim but with a "premium" paint option. My wife was fine with the new paint color so Evan pulled the keys until we were back in town the following Monday. After a quick test drive, walk around, and overview of features, we went to finalize negotiations and paperwork. Negotiations were easy enough and we ended up getting a deal we were very happy with. No games, no arguing, just good-faith negotiation. We went to financing with Matt Bishop who clearly explained all the documentation and was patient as we read everything anyways. Everything he explained was an honest representation of the legalese in the contracts. I typically opt-out of all additional service/warranty/coverage, but chose not to in this instance. Matt clearly explained the benefits of each, what he personally chooses for his vehicle, and some that wouldn't benefit us as strongly. Again, there were no games with this. Matt probably went through pricing options for at least 6 different variants, broke each option down by total cost, individual impact to monthly cost, and helped us calculate the cost comparison to out-of-pocket expense with/without it. The bar is on the floor here, but both Evan and Matt were great about talking to both my wife and I. I was asking most of the questions, but this vehicle purchase was for my wife and they fully respected each of our roles in this. They never spoke down to my wife or ignored her like I've heard in countless car buying dealerships. I cannot speak highly enough of this overall experience. I'd specifically recommend working with Evan and Matt, but trust that this dealership's culture is around the customer experience, making sure all parties are satisfied, and not just a quick sale.

Now the full story: I was in the market for a used Ionic 5, and I first drove one at Echo Park Automotive in Cary, NC. However, when my husband and I were ready to buy, they didn't have one, so I went to someone else (who, for the time being will remain nameless because we're still in the midst of a disagreement). The car came with an adapter, which I thought was for the Ionic so that I could use it with a Tesla supercharger, but it turned out it was the wrong part. It was for a Tesla to use other types of chargers - so wrong way around. Turns out there was no aftermarket source for them, so I was left with either throwing it away (super wasteful) or giving it to someone who could use it. I was determined NOT to take it back to the arseholes that I bought the car from, so I took it to Echo Park with the intention of just giving it to them for someone who buys a Tesla from them so the part wouldn't go to waste. When I explained the situation to Tyler, he took my number and told me that they would order the right part for me and call me when it came in. WHAT?????!!!!! I didn't even buy a car from them and they're offering to help me with a $250 part????? WOAH! Needless to say; next time I need a car, I'll wait a month so I can buy my car of choice from these guys. I went today to test drive and write them a check for the difference. When I arrived I was told that the car had been sold. Another customer has come in on the 31st and they were only waiting for a new key to be made. They are going to pick it up tomorrow. I was shocked as I thought the deal was done. After the salesman could offer me no explanation as to why it happened. The sales manager got involved. His response was that "it happens" made me even more disturbed. They offered me nothing and did not even try to sell me another car. They couldn't wait to get me out of there. I will never set foot in a Leith property again. Very unprofessional.

We received a text regarding an open recall on our Ford Escape. I was able to book an appt with a mobile tech within 15 minutes (after being on hold and passed around at another Ford dealer for over 90 minutes). Kaitlyn took my call initially, asked a few simple questions, and transferred me to Yen, who booked the appointment within a few more minutes. Both were professional, efficient, and genuinely sounded excited to have my business. The next day, Floyd, the mobile tech, texted he was on his way, arrived early to the appt and completed the task in less than an hour (was told it would be 2-3 hours at the other Ford dealer). Floyd was efficient and professional. I had a follow-up call with Jeremy, the service manager, who was also friendly, professional, and happy to have my business. When I told him I was going to use them for all our Ford Escape needs based on the customer service from Kaitlyn, Yen and Floyd, he let me know that I live in the pick up/delivery distance for any future vehicle repairs at no charge. Didn't even know this was a service that dealers provided. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Apex for any of your vehicle needs regardless of where you are in the Triangle~worth the drive.

    My most recent despicable interaction with Crossroads Ford of Apex began in July 2025 when my…read morevehicle was taken in for cosmetic repairs. I reported that incident here on Yelp, with pictures, in July. Due to a less-than-stellar response from Crossroads Ford of Apex, I submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the State's Attorney General's office. A week or so after contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the State's Attorney General's office, a person called and said her client, Crossroads Ford of Apex, would like me not to contact them again, or Crossroads Ford of Apex would litigate. In addition to that threat, the attorney informed me that Crossroads Ford of Apex no longer wanted my business and was done with me and my 2015 SHO AWD. WE ARE CURRENTLY TESTING THAT HYPOTHESIS!! If I can't contact them or face litigation, how would Crossroads Ford of Apex honor their agreement to fix my car? Crossroads Ford of Apex sure took my money, but I'm not supposed to contact them. WE ARE CURRENTLY TESTING THAT HYPOTHESIS!! Let me explain the purpose of this Yelp review for Crossroads Ford of Apex. On June 13, 2025, they installed a new backup camera I purchased online. I've attached a JPEG of the invoice, number FOCS290682, which shows I paid $309.04 for the installation. I returned less than a week later and pointed out that the camera was 2.7 feet off to the left and right. I have attached JPEGs of the camera view on my monitor. In shots one and two, the vehicle is perfectly lined up in the parking space. That is not the view. Pulling out of my garage, the monitor indicates that I am perfectly lined up. In reality, the vehicle is off the driveway. I asked Crossroads Ford of Apex to adjust the camera, which I had paid $309.04 to have installed the previous week. I was told that since I did not spend $800 on their camera, there was nothing Crossroads Ford of Apex could do. Because I didn't buy it from them, they claimed they couldn't help. And I assure you, Crossroads Ford of Apex did nothing. Here's my question for them--if I buy four tires online, have all four installed at Crossroads Ford of Apex, and all four fall off while I'm driving away, is it a Goodyear issue or a problem with the installation at Crossroads Ford of Apex? Would it be a Michelin tire issue or an issue with the installation at Crossroads Ford of Apex? It's the installation, plain and simple. The camera works perfectly; it is not installed correctly! Here is what we are going to do over the first and second quarters of 2026: 1. Post copies of all the letters we've received from the Better Business Bureau and the North Carolina Attorney General's Office, germane to this situation, to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp. 2. Post copies of every invoice we've paid over the past five years on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp. Using a cross-tabulation method, we will show how we paid multiple times for the same issue, and to this day, they still do not function properly. 3. After 90 days, we'll launch a video campaign on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp. There will be commentary describing the time I was charged $200 to clean a drain in the sunroof. When the problem reoccurred in less than two weeks, I was billed again. This video campaign will cover the entire second quarter of 2026. We are starting a blog in January 2025 called "Another Opening of Another SHO AWD at the Crossroads." This will be an ongoing blog throughout 2026. Truth is an absolute defense to defamation claims, meaning that if a statement is true, it cannot be considered defamatory, regardless of the harm it may cause to someone's reputation. OVER THE NEXT YEAR, WE WILL PRESENT GIGABYTES OF TRUTH!

Since I drove 2/1/2 hours to see the car I didn't know a local mechanic. Before the trip Jose assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I trailered the car home the first night the car alarm was triggered multiple times. I took the car to a Land Rover mechanic the next morning. He said the car should have never passed inspection. He found the rear door latch was bad, someone wedged a piece of metal in the hood latch to keep that sensor from tripping. The vehicle had been wrecked and not reported and the front sensor was damaged. So far I am out of pocket $1,300.00 in 48 hours. Beware Jose only cares about a sale and does not stand by his product. Z-Auto is also at fault for a fraudulent NC inspection.

I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car. Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no "extra" BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.
