after being let down by so many in the building trade we were worried about L&M however we need not have been. the lads who came to the job were polite and friendly, they were hard working too especially in the very hot weather. we had our soffits and fascia's done and they look brilliant. They also identified a major issue with the nonexistent lintels above our existing windows. rather than leave as a risk (very loose bricks and cracks in the mortar) they showed us the issue and let us choose which way to go. there was zero pressure from them. we chose to let them do that job too and they have ensured we don't need to do any major work for a long time to come. the quote was incredibly reasonable despite the fact that they knew we needed to get the work done quickly. truly excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

just had 3 windows fitted by this company and it was absolutely faultless from start to finish . Highly recommend

Disastrous installation. Bricks damaged and not properly sealed. Since then, the end caps in the sill have fallen off. There is a lot of noise coming into the house. Cheap windows. It seems Leivers and Millership only install, not manufacturer. They buy in the cheapest they can find . read more

Absolutely shocking. Poor windows, they keep whistling and he company doesn't care. Poor installation, finishing, both internal and external. No aftercare they have your money and then they turn there backs. I am not the only person on these reviews to highlight this company, be warned. read more

Workmanship so bad it looks like it was done in the third world. The quality of the frames are poor. A lot of external noise is coming in. The curtains are moving with outside wind. Obviously there is a gap in the openers. We rang the company but they aren't interested. They have our money so that is that. We regret the day we employed these people. read more

Appalling installation. The fabric of the house was damaged and the installed windows were not strait or properly fixed. Out of line and scratched frames. The attitude of the fitters was only worsened by that of the management when I rang them to complain. They couldn't care less. Noise coming into the house now is greater than when i had single glazed windows. This firm is a nightmare. read more
