Whatever you do, do not move into this building. Last August I moved into a 3 bedroom apartment…read moreafter spending 1.5 in a one bedroom and it was a disaster from the first day of my lease. The first day I noticed an odd musty/smokey smell coming from the entry which flag to management but did not hear back from them with any urgency. That evening my smoke/carbon monoxide detectors went off with no clear cause. I immediately called the 24/7 maintenance line and went down to the front desk to talk to the concierge. He initially advised we take them off the wall (a violation of our lease and against Florida law) before calling the property manager who told him it was his call on if maintenance needed to come out. With no expertise on the matter he deemed it unnecessary so I spent the next several hours calling and texting the maintenance staff because I was concerned they had been going off due to a carbon monoxide which is deadly. Finally someone came to the unit to investigate and determined we had faulty smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Under Florida law landlords are required to ensure there are working smoke detectors in the unit at the start of a new tenancy so there's no reason we should have had a bad smoke detector in the master bedroom. The next day I received a call from the property manager, Jessica, who said staff did not handle the issue properly and anything with the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors needed to be handled with extreme urgency. This was odd because the doorman had said he spoke with her the previous night and she left the decision up to him. This poor level of service and communication between the concierge team and management unfortunately became the standard for the remainder of our lease. At one point we had issues with our AC not working properly and we had to submit 4 work orders over the course of over month for them to fix. During this time frame we had our two largest electricity bills from the system running constantly but being unable to cool the unit. The first two times they tried telling us that Nest thermostats need to be reset weekly if you have them on a schedule which makes absolutely no sense. We also had consistent issues with our downstairs neighbors blasting music well past midnight which management failed to properly address for the entirety of our lease. In the 8 months of our lease we had to call in 8 noise complaints against our downstairs neighbors. When it became clear management was not addressing the issue properly, I began videotaping the noise and Jessica had the audacity to call me and say that I was in the wrong and should not be documenting these issues and that the front desk should be handling it despite admitting that they had failed to do so up to that point. She was so out of the loop about issues going on the building she manages it was shocking. Apparently the front desk hadn't properly documented many of the prior issues which isn't shocking because when I did email Jessica and her team it would take 3-4 emails to get them to even acknowledge my complaint. Either way we were assured that they would address the issue. Of course they did not and the noise issues from our downstairs neighbors continued up through our last week in the building when there was another incident not properly documented by the front desk. They even admitted after giving the unit two lease violations they decided to give them a break and only giving the unit a warning on a night they were blasting music until 12:30 at night because "every tennant has a right to enjoy their space." If you want to live in a building where management feels every tenant has the right to blast music late into the night maybe Muze is for you. It's worth noting that all the issues started occurring when there was a change in management. It's sad that Jessica and her team have so poorly managed the building because it has so much to offer but there's no way I would recommend anyone move in with the current management team in place.

Large lobby area to hang out. Large gym with boxing area and virtual workout room. Pool area is large with a fire pit and nice grills. Only thing missing is a pool table! Oh and lots of parking!

Despite that, especially the supervisor did not help us at all and did not even properly deal with us. When we went to the office on Monday, the supervisor simply turned us away by saying, "The person who was helping you should give you the information." Even though they all use the same system, she did not even try to give us any information about our application. This process caused us to lose 8 days. Since we were waiting to hear back from them, we could not apply anywhere else. We are staying in a hotel with our family, so we also had to pay hotel expenses while waiting. On top of that, we still do not know what will happen to the $600 we paid for the application. We lost both time and money. This was a very poor experience in terms of communication, follow-up, and professionalism.

There are much better options close by now - I would recommend people check there instead. I'm not even going to write here how they rip you off as there are too many examples to list. Just beware if renting in Doral there are way better options.

I've stepped in pee multiple times in the elevator and no one cleans it up. People let their dogs poop in the parking garage. Hallways always smell of weed. I've had to put in multiple maintenance request for every single thing they needed to be fixed because they never ACTUALLY fix it unless you get the main service person. Management and staff are friendly but it's just too hard to get things fixed here. Service elevator is the only elevator on one side of the building and it was down for MONTHS. AC in the hallways was down for MONTHS. Fixtures and apartments are spacious and nice and ours came with brand new carpet but the cons out weigh the pros. I do like how packages are delivered to your door and you can easily manage who you let into the building. Anything service related is terrible except for the cleaning crew who do their best to keep up with peoples pets.

I've lived in houses my entire life so the transition to living in an apartment on top of being on lockdown was a little shaky. The sense of community and the cobu app certainly helps, food truck and other events are held periodically and is a great way to mingle with neighbors. The upkeep has certainly improved! Gina and her staff (including the cleaning staff and maintenance staff) have been very much on top of the grounds. The mingle room has updated their furniture/ recreational games and every so often they touch up the paint around the building. Ms. Gina has been very accessible when needed , courteous and helpful with each encounter. I'm certainly considering resigning another lease agreement :)

That is not necessarily management's fault, but they could have someone clean it up monthly so it doesn't look like a floating garbage dump. -I have a few other gripes, but those were more subjectively personal, so I won't air them.

I want to give a special shoutout to the Panorama Fit program, which I think is the real differentiator from all other apartment buildings. Head trainer Harvey has created a real supportive fitness community here with daily (free!) fitness classes and a roster of amazing trainers offering everything from HIIT to strength training to yoga and pilates. Along with Harvey, Ashtain, Jil, Kensley, Serena and Jamel all kicked my ass in the best way, and transformed my fitness level and overall approach to health, not just through fitness instruction, but with their advice and constant encouragement. I'm really grateful to Panorama for offering this amazing program to its residents. If I move back to Miami, I'd love to live and train there again.
