Her problem really is not with the office, but rather with the cheap insurance she has. She removed her post from Facebook because everyone told her it was not the doctors office that had a problem. It was her. Now, I understand everyone can't afford premium insurance, Kristen will soon find out very few Doctors will even see her with that insurance. The shame of it is Dr. Altman would have worked out something with her. But she chose to be rude and ignorant to the staff. Take her review with a grain of salt. Or a mountain of it. I have been a patient of Dr. Altman's for at least six years. He's done wonders for my neck and back. And he has quite the following. His office is usually very busy. And that should tell you how good he is. I am very familiar with the insurance that she stated she had on Facebook. I happen to work at a doctors office in Northfield. I have been treated by both and have always received the same type of care from each Dr. More importantly they have scanned me on the Zyto machine, to see what Vitamins and Minerals my body needs, and if you love wellness as much as I do , they always have great books for sale in their office to help with emotional wellness. I'm currently reading "Feelings buried alive never die" and i must say it's brought new insight to me about the Tumor I had removed, and the tumors that remain. This family has nurtured all areas of my being and I feel so blessed to have found this office. I'm going for a massage on Sept 4th and cannot wait, they just got a new therapist in! She recommended I go, as I did have some issues with my back from lifting that I wanted examining. I didn't have any ongoing pain, it was only sometimes when I deadlifted. He was quick to push things around in my back and I have been in pain ever since I left. I told them it felt odd. He seemed in a rush to push things in my back and said "I have 20 patients to see today" that seemed like a lot, since his office opened at noon. I wouldn't recommend this place from my experience.

Dr. Delanzo is fantastic…read more I was in Ocean City on vacation and needed a chiro for an injury I sustained on the plane. I was in a lot of pain and took a chance and called this office. SO glad I did! Dr. Delanzo is extremely nice. He diagnosed and adjusted me and even gave me a treatment plan to bring back to my chiro back in LA. I will definitely come back (if needed) the next time I'm in OC.
