They didn't dive her a choice and she came in and paid $99 for the service, unfortunately the main reason for her visit, cleaning of her teeth did not happen. As after the ex-rays and check up they told her she needs to have deep cleaning $250 each side, totaling in $500 for the whole mouth. My mom told them that she paid for regular cleaning and wants only regular cleaning done, plus there is no way she can afford such amount. They said that they refused to clean her teeth as they is no point to do so as she needs full work up. They made her sign a waiver that she refuses the suggested cleaning. When my mom shocked by all this asked for her money back they refused, and only after some time agreed on giving her back $30. This is unbelievable. Please do not go to this practice as they will take you for all you got and will not give you the service that you paid for. I know one thing what comes around goes around and I hope that the medical board will punish them as I plan to go with this complain all the way.

Hello, I have been going to Northfield Family Dental for 40 plus years and has always had Dr. Ken…read moreJagger who I love. However he is retired and now only works one day a week and unfortunately I never get to see him. And the new office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have had 2 knee replacements and my Dr. told me before I have my teeth cleaned I need to take amoxicillin 4 hours before, I have never had a problem with Dr. Jagger calling it in for me, but this new team of Dr.'s won't call it in until the day of my appointment which is bizarre because I work 40 minutes away from the office and I need it at least the night before. I don't have time to leave work and stop at CVS to pick up my medicine and take it on my way to the dental office (would not be 4 hours before) I am so tired of fighting with these new people that after 40 plus years, me my daughter and my son will be looking for a new dentist. I would NOT recommend going there now that Dr. Jagger is no longer running the place, I am so sorry to see him go but even he has the right to retire and enjoy his life, it's just a real shame that the corporation who bought him out doesn't have Dr. Jagger's same type of ethics.
