That was the type of support I was seeking when I contacted Boleman Law. Unfortunately, my experience during the intake process with Attorney Zachary S. Burroughs left me feeling humiliated, belittled, disregarded, and unheard. I shared personal information about my circumstances because I believed I was speaking with someone who would approach my situation with professionalism and understanding. Instead, during the intake appointment, Zachary laughed obnoxiously and spoke to me in a condescending manner as i shared my situation. I found that interaction deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate given the sensitive nature of what I was discussing. I am typically thicked-skinned and a non- confrontational person, but in that moment I felt compelled to stand up for myself and explain that his disposition made me uncomfortable.
