Ian Vance is a great attorney and was a big help to my husband and myself in a civil matter. I highly recommend The Consumer Law Group!

DO NOT HIRE - Completely Unprofessional and Negligent…read more I hired Lemon Law Group Partners over 3 months ago for a clear-cut Hyundai lemon case. From day one, communication was horrible. I had to chase them constantly, leaving multiple voicemails and emails--most of which went unanswered. I never had a clear point of contact. My BBB arbitration was canceled because no attorney showed up or even responded to confirm their participation. They never even told me who my actual attorney was. Despite Hyundai offering a repurchase, this firm couldn't even get that finalized. They sat on the offer and let weeks go by without action. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening--only to discover that they hadn't sent required documents to Hyundai until two weeks later, and only after I badgered them. This firm has completely failed in their duty to represent me. They've delayed and jeopardized what should have been a straightforward resolution. I've asked them to close my file and send me all communications, and I will be filing a State Bar complaint for abandonment, negligence, and failure to communicate under professional rules. Absolutely unethical, unresponsive, and unqualified. You are better off handling your lemon case yourself than trusting this group.

They only send out prefabricated letters and wait. Customer service manager Steve Winston is a joke. Only gives you lip service and empty promises to speak with the lawyer. That feeling turned in feelings of relief, hope for a stable and healthy financial future and a feeling of confidence that I had chosen the right law firm. The staff in the Richmond office are very helpful and they use this tone that sends a message of "everything is going to be alright". I would definitely recommend them. Oh, and did I mention the consultation is free and very informative. Thanks Boleman Law

When you are dealing with something as sensitive and personal as bankruptcy, having an attorney who…read moreis compassionate, understanding, willing to listen, and prepared to advocate for you is extremely important. That was the type of support I was seeking when I contacted Boleman Law. Unfortunately, my experience during the intake process with Attorney Zachary S. Burroughs left me feeling humiliated, belittled, disregarded, and unheard. I shared personal information about my circumstances because I believed I was speaking with someone who would approach my situation with professionalism and understanding. Instead, during the intake appointment, Zachary laughed obnoxiously and spoke to me in a condescending manner as i shared my situation. I found that interaction deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate given the sensitive nature of what I was discussing. I am typically thicked-skinned and a non- confrontational person, but in that moment I felt compelled to stand up for myself and explain that his disposition made me uncomfortable. The overall experience left me feeling that my concerns and circumstances were not taken seriously. This was validated upon review of the paperwork. I discovered several errors in calculations and he omitted to ask me questions that would be pertinent to the calculations. This further solidifies my perception of Mr. Burroughs indolence towards my situation. My hope in sharing this review is not simply to criticize, but to encourage Boleman Law to recognize the importance of compassion, empathy, professionalism, and respectful communication when working with clients. People seeking legal services may come from different circumstances and backgrounds, but everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect--especially when they are already dealing with a difficult and vulnerable situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Boleman Law at this time. I sincerely hope the firm takes feedback like this seriously and provides additional training and guidance to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the legal process.
