I came to have a massage by the person I requested on their website. I had Elsy several times. She was amazing. I was told she wasn't there when I arrived . I stated that I had specifically signed up for her for my appointment. I was disappointed as it was a 90 minute massage gift for my birthday. I wish I had just cancelled at that time. I was then asked if I wanted a male or female. I said female. I was then brought to the room. The person giving the massage was on her phone, using ear buds, left the room 3 times. I could hear the show she was listening to. Often I was massaged with one hand. She stretched one leg and not the other. There was no true massage technique or working out of the knot in my back and it was truly the worst "massage" I have had. I asked to stop at 60 minutes because it was so poor. She started to argue with me about the time that I was there. I ended up paying for 70 minutes of extremely poor technique and client care. It was subpar. This really is a good spa to get a professional massage. The place is clean and they have a massage therapist named Faith who is very friendly and attractive, she gives a very good/professional massage. Ask for Faith when you book your appointment. She's one of the best massage therapist around. I only have one complaint but I think she only started doing it with me because I'm a regular and she's comfortable with me but I noticed a couple times she looked at her phone during the session, not really that big of a deal because the massage was still amazing, but next time I go up there I'm going to ask her politely not to use the phone during the appointment. Easy solution. I've been to places that constantly leave the room to answer the door/phone multiple times during the massage and thank God that isn't a problem here. That is the worst. My husband and I did the couples massage (pro tip it saves you $10 if you're both looking to get a massage) and we were both extremely happy with our service. The room was warm and the massage therapists' technique was great, I especially appreciated their attention to detail- wrapping my head with a towel so the oil wouldn't get on my hair, really getting into my upper back where I have the majority of my knots. They aren't hindered by corporate massage restrictions, I used to always be frustrated that massage envy would completely ignore my hips and glutes even if I specifically asked for those areas to be worked on, but they really make sure to get into those areas and don't be surprised if they drape a little more on the exposed side! They even do stretching techniques at the end to make sure everything is nice and loose. We will definitely be back, found our new go-to massage place! read more

Warning: The massage person sat on top of husbands head while he was face down on the massage table, which is very unprofessional and since he already had neck surgery not something that should have ever happened! My massage person sat on my legs. The 2 massage pros chatted in their native language throughout the massage and even giggled. I left in more pain and suffered for a week due to their aggressive massage techniques. Room wasn't nice, pale pink everything with old massage tables that do not heat up or offer much comfort. WORST massage I've ever had and I've had over 100 professional massages. They are anything but professional. Their website says they communicate but no one asked what my concerns or needs were when I walked in as a first time visitor. She started very roughly (I normally go for medium pressure but this was rough) & when I told her it was too much she just laughed it off. But she never got into the muscles like someone who had been certified- just rubbing the skin. I started to get a gut feeling & when the female "therapist" took the sheet completely off of me & started pulling down my underwear, I lost it and yelled "Excuse me that's a NO!". Very mediocre massage that got slowly disappointing as time wound down to the end. They apparently apply a credit card surcharge now. I paid in cash and left a cash tip in the massage room. Was not even asked if I needed or wanted my change from the $100 bill. Fine up your tip this one time, but now will never see me in there again. This massage place is located in Lewisville, Texas. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the owner. I dont know the owner's name but she led me to a room and afterwards told me to get comfortable for the massage then left the room. In the room I was in, there were drawers to the left of the massage table that had the towels that you can use. The masseuse that came in was not the owner but I felt relaxed straight away as soon as this lady put her hands on my back. She gave me options for a soft, medium, or hard massage. I said hard because I knew my muscles needed it. The room was small and cozy and I definitely felt relaxed.
