I am really shocked by some of the negative reviews here. I am wondering if they have never experienced an asian massage place before? I don't mean any disrespect when I say that, but English is clearly their second language and I just feel like a lot of people find them "rude" but I think it's just a language barrier. Anyways, enough of me preaching about that. I needed a neck massage so badly, and I wanted to go to a chair massage spot we normally go to in the mall, however, being a Friday before Christmas I did not want to deal with that hassle. Found this spot that's only 5 minutes away. Let me give you a slight background of my massage spots normally. I will go on groupon and pick a spot close to me that I can get an appointment with ASAP. I don't spend more than $50 for a massage. We decided on the $30 reflexology which is for an HOUR! Soooo great! This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =) read more

I had an excellent foot and back massage. The only way reason I give it four stars is I had to literally insist that I just wanted 30 minutes. The reason is it was my first time and I only wanted feet. I wanted to see if I liked it. The receptionist wasn't having it! Finally someone came out and "redirected" her. Walked in without an appointment with a friend in the middle of the day. $35 for a 20 min rub on shoulders and neck...and the rest on the feet and legs. You sit in a chair and put your feet in warm water and listen to music. Lay in huge leather like chairs with towels and pillows. It helps if people have phones off. This place is just ok. I come into Coppell for business a lot and have tried the hour long reflexology here a few times. Price is pretty standard at $30 but the massages have consistently been weaker and not as precise. I've asked for more pressure but it doesn't appear to help. I would regard it as a good relaxation place but not strong in reflexology. My most recent visit was also annoying because I paid for the $30 massage with two twenties and the masseuse took the cash, said thanks and walked off without asking if I wanted change. Now I tip well for good massages. But that one didn't rate a 25% tip and not being asked how much I'd like to tip wasn't appreciated. I'll be trying other places in the future. read more

If there was a way to give no stars and still post it I would've done that! I went to this place on my birthday and the guy doing my massage was literally sleeping while massaging my feet. I know it was in the middle if the afternoon still gives you no excuse to doze off mid massage!! How do I know becoz the strokes went from being really fast to slow to super slow and stop!! Meh. Went in for a quick shoulder / neck massage (15 min). Massage wasn't bad, but not the best (to comparable other foot massage / reflexology places). 2 stars for the massage. The people are very friendly. The service is prompt and excellent. I loved the massage! The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure. The price is amazing for an hour massage. The $30 price includes a full body massage that is focused mostly on the feet. The place is cleAn, much nicer then the pictures reveal. The massage itself was good. I did the reflexology 1 hour massage for $30 and they charge you $2 to use your card and all I had was $35 to spend so I could only give a $3 tip. Do NOT waste your time here. I was given a gift certificate here a year ago. It had no expiration date on it, and I just now got around to TRYING to use it. The lady said it was the former owners, who signed the card on 12/10, and that they took over new ownership on 1/1. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and argumentative with me. I will NEVER go to this place again. Horrible customer service. She said it was my fault for waiting a year to use it. She said the former owner didn't sign it. I said they signed this on Dec 10, and your sign shows you took ownership on Dec 15. She was beyond rude. I shouldn't have waited so long, true, BUT there was no expiration date and it appears even had I tried to use it 1-2 months later even, they has the new owners by that time. First time I went there i was skeptical, but now have become a loyal fan. If you spend the day at a desk or on your feet, you owe yourself to spend just one hour at Foot Master. Not only is it a great foot massage, but they will also work on your next and shoulders while you're laying back in the chair. Their technique is very relaxing and actually helps for a long term issue I've had with my shoulder. I've left more relaxed after one hour than i have after two hours at the local 'massage chain'! I am not sure if I can really say this as a comment.. but the lady there has a challenge with English but she learns quickly and is very smart. *Usually I do not use the restroom before a massage but then their rest room had stagnant water on the floor and water was not coming out of the wash basin.A sign outside would have helped. **Massage was good and consistent **When I pay usually I get the change from the teller and then tip them back because I will remember how much I tipped them and next time I try to add to it. What surprised me was they politely refused to give me back my change and kept on saying thank you. In a way I am glad they took the tip, but that is not how you treat a customer either. Usually I complement their service, ask for their less busy times and talk about reflexology to understand better. I could not achieve that. read more

The people here are very kind and in tune with what you need to feel better. You barely tell them your ailment and they already know what to do. I believe that they work by getting to know your body, not what you think you need. After 30 minutes, I felt revived and my neck pain was almost completely gone. Hands down the worst and most pointless waste of money in Texas....Reading reviews I already knew foot reflexology was $30 for an hour....ok cool. Arriving there,this lady approached not knowing how to turn the lights on or speak English,in assuming her daughter,came out and took over. She immediately began to start hustling me. She offered $25 for 15/feet & 15/back. Odd because price list there crossed out the $30/60 minutes to 70 minutes & everybody knows that service comes with a short head shoulder service. Thinking I was crazy,I asked her about that and she said they will NOT touch anything but my feet so I should take the $25 if I want back. She tried several other options (nothing on the price list) I declined,took $30/hr,and we began. Either this lady hated her job with a passion like fruit,or I'm tripping but I came in sore and left in PAIN...she hit no pressure points,gave no relief,I jumped at least 7 times in pain,jamming her single fingers in my body and elbows scraping on my bones...plus the worst ever is when someone just "rubs" your skin! I was SO upset! $30 or not....I rather donate that to charity then be abused for it.... I always saw this place but never stopped in, but had aching feet so I got the half hour massage to try it out. It was heavenly. Relaxing scents, relaxing background sounds. Was skeptical after reading the reviews but went and gave it a try anyway. The neck massage was "ok" but the leg and foot massage was weak. Also, Mickey, the lady who works there, is NOISY. Came home and found out that she charged our debit card more than what it should be...A big RED FLAG!!! I would have tolerate the weak massage and the noise for 35 bucks, but stealing our money is a NO NO. They just lost me and my husband as customers. read more

The foot massage cost 30 dollars. I gave her 40 and she said "don't you have a little extra for me". I pointed where it said 30 dollars but she said "I gave you ten extra minutes and I really worked on your shoulder". She only gave me an extra five at most and I sure didn't ask her to "really work on my shoulder". I pulled out another five and gave it to her but that is a fifty percent tip. UGH.
