Wow. I had just finished a massage down the street at Jia Jia with Jenny. Leaving unsatisfied I read reviews for Susan at Elegant Massage, I call and she can see me in 30 mins so I make a 90 min appointment for 830pm. I wait outside until I see customers exit and I walk in at 825. I announce my name and appointment, they acknowledge me and quickly take me back to a room. The lady comes in 5 mins later and starts working on my back. 20 mins into the massage she exits the room. Returns a short while later, letting me know they messed up she is not Susan and she needs to leave for another appointment . I lay there unsure what's happening. Expected Susan was going to enter and finish but nope. I exit the room, Susan explains that my appointment is over and I owe $45 for the 30 minute massage (which was not even a full 30). I explain I want her to finish the 90 min appointment. They tell me I need to pay for the 30 before I start a new appointment! They get the manager on the phone since nobody speaks English. She just keeps saying come back another day. I ended up paying the 30 min massage for $45 and leaving but wow just wow. I had not been here in over 5 years because of poor management and was already skeptical . Unfortunately still poor management. read more

Went here after having some general back and shoulder pains and leg pains from starting running again. Got a great massage that really worked out all of the knots. They have overhead bars setup for ashiatsu technique as well. They do try to upsell you on time while the massage is happening which honestly isn't a big deal. You can always say "no" and just get the time you've paid for. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and quiet which is always what you want in a massage place. The staff are friendly but there is definitely a language barrier. read more

The ladies are very skilled and even climb on the table to work your every muscle. We get the couples full body massages for 60 minutes and they work out every little muscle spasms there is. I have enjoyed getting foot massages from Annie for a few years. When she quit to open her own spa, I patiently waited for her Grand Opening. I was thrilled when I got a message that this new spa was officially open for business. I headed out I-35 (big mistake) for my first appointment. The traffic turned into a nightmare and Annie had another customer coming before my appointment would end so she asked one of the other therapists to help me. The spa is freshly decorated and well equipped. There is a foot massage area, body massage rooms, and even a family room (for a couple to enjoy a relaxing foot massage together). I was truly impressed with the layout and facilities. I opted for the 90 minute foot massage and it was done in a very professional and relaxing manner. I always adjust the routine to allow more time on my feet. The therapist easily accommodated my request. I was pleased with the pressure and quality of the massage. Afterwards, I was given a Diet Coke (my favorite) and got to chat a while before heading home via any route other than I-35. read more

I love this place so much, I usually get the 70 minute massage, fully dressed, with exception of socks and shoes. We are put in a special chair and our feet are soaked, while my therapist massages scalp, neck and shoulders. This is an awesome deal for 70 minutes. To get through the Holiday Hecticness, I was going nearly every 7-9 days! I have Tony, but Iknow they are all experienced and fabulous. Make sure you communicate if pressure is to strong. Tried to communicate with the therapist, and they did not understand what I was saying, and I had to finally quit after 10 minuets. This was my second visit. I will say, my first time was great. I even sent my son there. This time, however, was a different experience. The massage therapist met me at the door and took me to a room without giving me sheet to fill out about my preferences. I thought ok, I'll just tell her why I'm here and what I do or don't like. I hate having my legs massaged. I had a horrible headache. Unfortunately there was a huge language barrier. When I told her I have had a headache for days and I'm in pain, she thought I was in pain because she was applying too much pressure, so she lightened up. Then I had to tell her several different times not to work on my legs. Halfway through, she left the room and came back with hot stones. Nope. That wasn't ever discussed and I didn't like that at all. So that wasted 5-7 minutes of my massage. I didn't know how to tell her I needed her to focus on my neck and shoulders. She did a great job on my neck and shoulders, but honestly that's where I wanted her to focus instead of it being just a part It was just frustrating instead of relaxing. read more

On my first visit to this massage shop, i was amazed. At first glance as i walked in, I noticed that the shop was very clean. I was greeted by the Manager who was very professional. The personnel who work there are highly trained, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had one of the massages and I must admit, the masseuse gave me one of the best massage that I've ever. I was totally relaxed. The pain that I did have was gone. But the masseuse found muscles that I didn't know that I had. I've gone several times.
