We wanted everyone dancing and having a great time. Mark arrived at the reception hall a few hours before the guests were going to arrive. He wanted to make sure that he was all set up and ready to go before the guests started to arrive. I really appreciated that as a bride because, to me, it just seem tacky to still be setting up while the guests are mingling. Another thing I loved about Mark was that he was dressed up in a tux! A TUX people! Not ripped jeans or a polo shirt. People are dressed up to be at a wedding and it was great that Mark was too. Relaxing music was played while everyone ate dinner. Once dinner was over and the party was ready to start, Mark REALLY stepped up his game. We started out with the normal first dances but once he was about 4-5 songs in, he had EVERYONE up and dancing. Even my Grandma who was in a wheelchair! He took suggestions from guests at the wedding but for the most part, he chose all the songs. Mark has a knack for knowing when to play a slow song and when to play a dance song. I don't think there was ever a time during our reception that there weren't people dancing. The one piece of advice Mark gave my husband and me was, "Please don't give me a list of songs you want to hear. Let me do what I do best and read the crowd. I promise, you guys will have a great time!" He definitely held up his end of the bargain. I have recommended Butler Productions to every person that I know is getting married. He has even DJ'd my brother's wedding and my sister-in-law's wedding! If you are looking for an amazing DJ for your wedding and want a night to remember, I wouldn't recommend anyone except Butler Productions!

The quality of the photos was the same caliber as the highest priced photographers in the area. They are affordable and their packages include so many options. Our engagement session (included in your wedding package) was fun, relaxed and we never felt rushed. During my wedding planning, any questions I had were quickly answered by Delaney in the office in a matter of minutes. They were highly organized with helping me choose which shots were essential that day. Karmen took our wedding photos & I'm still getting compliments on them. A big bonus was the fact that they compile an entire wedding album in chronological order for you! You don't need to order a million pictures (where would you start anyway?!?). This was a huge take-away for us. Two weeks after our wedding we had a beautiful album, wedding disc with edited photos and another 3 discs of 'extras'. So many of those extras turned out beautifully as well. Agape has also taken our daughter's newborn photos. They are patient, gentle and know just the way to handle tiny babies to get the greatest shots. As a new mom with some anxiety in those first few days of my daughter's life, our photo session was incredibly relaxing. I booked our first family session in 2010 and we literally took a walk around our property. The result was a beautiful array of family photos that included all of us, single photos of each of us, and different groupings of our family members together. My children have literally grown up in front of Cherise's camera, and this year she took our son's senior photos. You turn jn on a windy private road that takes you right over a substantial creek that could not be more enchanting. It is perfection in nature, and even the quaint bridge looks like it grew there. The hosta and floral gardens that line the driveway are delightful and finish setting the tone for the event. Ample parkjng is available , very close to the barn/reception. Not only is this barn new, it is AIR CONDITIONED! !! BOOM !! The architect and designer really nailed it on this facility. There is a comfy Bride's Room (with private restroom), a Grooms Area, a large walk up bar, large restrooms, a tall ceiling, and a small kitchen for the caterers. For me, the the most incredible feature was the giant sized barn doors located behind the head table. When they were majestically flung open, the sun and outside came in. It was almost spiritual, like when the Priest opens the Holy Doors. There were a couple lawn games for guests to enjoy, several tables under a shaded porch, a patio with a huge firepit, and lots of room for frolicking outside. Wine barrels were everywhere so there was always someplace to set your beverage. The ceremony site I saw was hidden and absolutely stunning. Perfectly etched out of the prevailing landscape. They had folding chairs, a metal arch that the florist decorated, and it was all shaded. I understand that there are a few different ceremony sites to choose from. Absolutely stunning.
