The manager, Bernie, is just an absolute legend in service. In just about any holiday, Hubert's sets up a tent outside the store with some amazing deals. We purchased a sweater that was marked down and on the tag it has sweater VNK PNL hole. I should have realized that meant PIn hole, but did not. The employee did not alert us at the time of purchase. I took the sweater back and gave them a heads up that I would be purchasing something else of much greater value, but they only offered to have it fixed. I understand that was a fairly reasonable offer, but this was a present for someone to be given tomorrow. The manager seems short sighted given the option to make a sale of three times the value, they would rather upset me for $50 and the conviction not to return. Be alert that sale items often have flaws
