Miss June's driving lessons gave me the confidence i needed to face seasoned drivers on the road…read moretherefore special thanks to Miss June herself and Miss Phillis for their patience with a new driver while still being assertive with compassion and understanding. God bless you ladies and the rest of your team for this most important service you provide to the community and families from all walks of life . My payment to this driving school was well spent.

Good afternoon everyone, It has been a few months since several extended members and family have…read moreused Ms June's service. I have to say that Ms June and Ms Phylis are so honest, patient and knowledgeable of the business they are in. Several of my family members have taken driving lessons from either of them. Although Ms June is most direct in her teachings and is very personable, we love her patience and understanding that we are all on different skill levels with age and knowledge. At the same time Ms. Phylis is very calm, patient, encouraging, personable and sweet. But she moves on to the next task quicker than than Ms June. My family all passed road test with each of them with 100% accuracy. Several family members preferred Ms June {older ones} for her do it until you get it teachings while other ones {younger ones} liked Ms Phylis because once you say you understand the task, she will move on to the next task but she never comes back to it. My wife preferred Ms June because she does repeat all task several times during the 10 lessons (20hrs). Now with this said, both ladies are amazingly knowledgeable, and it shows. They both enjoy teaching, and it shows that this is not just a job to them, but it shows they both take pride in the job/teachings they do. We love the Kia Soul teaching cars. Each family member was very happy driving this. It sets up high and easy to maneuver as well as to get yourself out after sitting so long. They both have great sense of humor and it helped during the learning process as to not be stressed out. They are very personable and easily understood in the directions of what to do. My auntie was terrified and at 66, she wasn't sure at all if she would drive. NOW the others in her house says she hides the keys to the car so she can go when she wants to go. Like she says Ms June said I have gained my independence now and I am not waiting on anybody to take me out. We are extremely a happy family now that we are 6 Driving legally with the help and knowledge of these 2 fabulous ladies that should be recognized in Walton, Oconee and Newton Counties as "THE BEST DRIVING INSTRUCTORS EVER" If we could give them 10 Stars we would. I have encouraged my family to write a post as well. Call 770.207.6905 if you are in any of these Counties. You will not be disappointed. I wish everyone would write REFERAL for this business. WE LOVE YOU Ms June and Ms Phylis

We tend to visit 2 - 3 times a year to see one of their rotating exhibitions. Their website provides the schedule of what exhibits are upcoming, so it is easy to plan a visit during some show that appeals to you. The gallery itself is centered on one large central room, with a few adjoining hallways also displaying works. I always see a few works that I really enjoy whenever we visit. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are in the Gainesville area.

Quinlan Visual Arts Center is located in Gainesville, GA (…read morehttps://www.quinlanartscenter.org/pottery-classes.html ). Lesther Martin is my Pottery teacher, and my classes last six weeks. Even though I took art studies and pottery classes in college (all four years), I still learn every single class when I am with Lesther. He really is a fantastic teacher!! This particular session I made two mugs, three bowls, and two plates. They all went to the glazing fire last week, and I will be able to pick my finished pieces up in 10 days. The Pottery room consists of two large rooms with different sections for hand work, glazing, firing and the pottery wheels. This area is my happy place, and I plan to take as many classes as I can moving forward and become a pottery member. Have a fantastic summer, make a lot of memories, and find your happy place. Safe journeys

They fill up quick so I was thinking no way they'd accommodate last minute-- but wow, they did! I was thrilled and it meant so much. Our main instructor was Logan and Mallory was also there to guide us. They were funny, personable, and kind. I'm extremely shy, so it was surprising for my family to see me making jokes and being involved. The energy there just makes you feel comfortable to be yourself. They really talk to you as a good friend; they even remembered everyone's names and seemed interested in each person. (I kept mentioning how hungry I was because I had a busy day-- Logan had a pop tart and offered it to me, lol! It's things like that that make me smile :) As for the pottery making itself, it was so informative but also fun. They made me feel relaxed so I could dive in and give it a shot without messing up. I get nervous doing things like this because I get stressed from work and academics-- I don't want to worry about "messing up" when having fun. They made sure everyone knew that any accident can easily be fixed or accommodated. LONG NAILS: I usually have very long nails. In the photo I have about the Long (L) length currently. Usually it's between M and L. They had accommodations for this and taught alternate methods when needed and it caused no issues. Awesomeeee!! OVERALL: -Kind, inclusive environment -Commitment to making everyone feel comfortable and spreading joy -Great instruction for newbies -Affordable -Great location, lots of eateries nearby -Hilarious instructors -Very "Bob Ross"-esque vibe aka "We don't make mistake, we have happy accidents" love it!
