My wife ordered a dress on two different occasions. The first dress had the left sleeve sewn on backwards. We contacted them and they did very well honoring the defective dress. She received the replacement and all good. She ordered another dress a couple of months later and there were so many issues. I'm not sure who they're getting dresses from, but it's painfully obvious there's no quality control/assurance workflow. It's really a shame that this business is run so haphazardly. read more

Cute little boutique right of Main St. I first found this shop while googling some wholesale brands online, and saw that this shop offers lots of cute dresses that have become quite popular recently. I'd actually give this place 5-stars for their selection of clothes (minus the consignment shop area...didn't care for it), the quality and price point of their items, and their website that offers free shipping. I'm docking two stars because their in-store customer service was terrible, imho. There was never a "Hi, hello, welcome to our store, thanks for shopping with us," or even a, "can I help you with anything? Is there something in particular you're looking for?" For a first time shopper, I really couldn't tell who was another shopper vs an employee, since the employees seemed to give me the cold shoulder, and did not care that I was there to shop. I almost left the store without purchasing anything, and would have just purchased online. #Protip to the owner if you see this: include "smile at customers" as basic training for your staff. For shoppers, purchase online unless you are near the store and want to buy something asap. read more

I was excited to buy some modest dresses at a decent price, but when 3/4 didn't work for me, I had to send 3 back. Return shipping was OVER $20 out of my own pocket. Then, I only got refunded for 2/3 dresses. When I asked when I would get the last refund, I was told they only received 2 dresses. The lady emailed me a picture of the package. It had arrived unsealed and a little beat up, and it had an apology on it from the postal service. She said, "You will want to file a claim with the post office for the missing dress." My previous emails to her had been friendly (I said that I hope she was well and thanked her a few times), but she gave no help or direction and was very short in the way she replied. I was obviously telling the truth that I returned a third dress, and it wasn't my fault that the package was mishandled. I understand that it wasn't theirs either, but a company should treat their customer well and make them feel valued...that's how someone becomes a repeat customer. I did NOT feel valued. It's safe to safe that I will never be shopping at My Sister's Closet again. I'm so sad because I was raving to my friends about how clever the name is! Bottom line: Don't shop here if you want good customer service. They do not care one bit. read more

The clothing may be cute, but it's very cheap in quality. I bought a couple of dresses here, and they pilled very easily and didn't last through 3 rounds of the washing machine. You get what you pay for, though, and the cheap material does seem to be popular among the 20s Utah crowd. The selection in My Sister's Closet is small and the same couple of styles. Currently a lot of rayon dresses of the same cut. It will either be a bit hit or a big miss for you ladies. read more

This boutique will always be my favorite! I can't give it enough love and stars. This is gonna be a long one so just buckle up. I moved to Utah back in 2015, got married, and then my husband used to deliver water to this place! He found it and told me he knew I would absolutely love it. Sure enough we went together and I walked out with about 6 dresses in hand that day. Their clothes are modest, yet fashionable. They choose brands with quality material. I have shopped here ever since that first time I came. Did I mention the clothes are affordable? As a young college student it was the perfect place to shop. Now, I'm married and have a baby. And I still shop here. They have nursing friendly dresses, modest tops, jeans, leggings, and shoes. And accessories! So many things to choose from. AND they have plus size clothing. Now here's the best bittersweet part. I recently moved away from Utah. Before we moved, I had a birthday and my husband purchased a gift card for me from the Spanish fork location. Well up until about a week ago, nothing had quite grabbed my attention where I just had to have it. I tried placing my order online but my gift card wouldn't work. So I called the store, and they gave me a number for a lady named Kelly. I called, explained the situation. I was no longer in Utah and could not use my gift card in the store. And it wouldn't let me online. In short, Kelly made sure I was able to use my gift card online by working her magic! I was able to order what I wanted online with my gift card money and it was ready to ship! AND THEN the next day I got an email saying it would deliver that morning. That was strange since we were several states away. I HADNT CHANGED MY ADDRESS on my MSCB profile! So it was shipping to my old address in Utah! Tragic! So I did everything I could to make sure Kelly and MSCB would get my order back. Kelly said if it returned, she'd contact me for my new address and have it sent right back out to the correct address. Sure enough, she got it, asked me for my new address and it's on it's way now! I can't recommend this place enough. The girls on location were always friendly and helpful. The people behind the scenes are just as amazing, if not more. My favorite place to shop by far. Love this store! As a buyer it is really great place to shop. They have lots of sales and great clothes. Their consignments are gently used and most the time has a variety of name brands. After shopping there, the appeal to donate becomes more real. I ordered a couple pairs of shoes online that were too big. I couldn't return them and figure I might as well get something for these super cute boat shoes. I brought them into the store in the very boxes that I received them in. The girls at the front were very kind and I would even say thrilled that they were to sale such cute shoes. I came in a couple of times, just quickly hurrying in and out to see what was for sale. I saw my 2 pairs of shoes on the shelves for sale. When I came in, with more time, I asked the associated how much was on my account. She told me $0. I couldn't understand that, the shoes were no longer on the shelves. Instead of trying to figure out what could have happened she just went off on how they have 200 consigners, how they donate anything they can't sale and how they must have not sold them. She went off on how much junk she sorts through and what a waste of time it is and so on. I obviously wasn't getting any where with this associate, so I came back later when someone else was working. The second time I came in with a different associate, they took the time to look into things and found I was registered as a consigner under a different name. It was easy to fix and they were very kind. Other times I've come in and that same associate, I've observed, is not very kind to people who consign. She isn't particularly kind to costumers, but even worst to those that consign. I just want to say for the owner of this business, that the people who consign are often times your biggest costumers. They drop off and then go shop. If you feel like you are getting a lot of garbage, then maybe have a handout to give to the people that consign, that is kind and informative. Also, keep in mind that you are working a consignment store, these people help your business. You even advertise how much you give to the poor. You may have to sort through a couple of things, as part of the job. I understand that people have hard days, and I definitely don't want to get anyone fired, but i hope to write a review to help your store, because I really do enjoy shopping there. read more

I love this little store. They have the cutest store and a huge selection of clothes not only for regular sizes but plus sizes too. The consignment part of the store is In the back and the newer clothes are in the front. Since I started shopping here I've noticed they have gotten another shop to act as a warehouse so they usually don't run out of sizes. read more
