Another aspect that I find appealing is that all the massage materials, oils and hot towels, were already in the room so there was no interruptions to get more stuff. The staff is very welcoming and professional, and completely dedicated to providing an enjoyable and relaxing session. After my session, I was informed that they really want to keep to an appointment only schedule, so calling is going to be your best option especially if the MTs are busy with other customers. It really seems like their primary concern is the customer currently being served, and I absolutely respect that. There is no doubt that I will be visiting Soul Spa again.

I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. Of course she will adjust the pressure but you must communicate. Her English is very little but she knows the body very well. She found places I didn't know were causing me pain like around my ears and elbows. When she asks "pain" she means is this where you want her to focus. She will ask you what areas and if the pressure is good. So I will be honest, I have followed Karen and her husband Daniel around central Florida to different spas. She is worth the drive. I came up from tampa to see her. I suffer from migraines and I am disabled from military service. When I haven't seen her my migraines come back and it hurts to live. So I make sure to see her as much as I can. She's a kind woman and I highly recommend her!
