The person on the phone rudely said it was too late, even though their hours state they're open until 9pm, then they hung up on me. If this is how they treat potential customers over the phone, I can only imagine how bad the in-person experience would be. This was the most uncomfortable massage I have ever experienced. Went for a couples massage and we didn't even have a room. They had a makeshift room with curtains. My 5'10" boyfriend could see over the top of these "privacy" curtains. Then these massage therapists used WASHCLOTHS as coverage. Not towels, not sheets, WASHCLOTHS. I have never been left butt ass naked on a massage table before but this lady seriously left the tiny washcloth off my body for such a long time that the other therapist yelled at her for leaving me naked on the table. Decided to give this place a try after a couple of searches for Asian massage places. I've had a Thai massage before in California and it was amazing so I was hoping there was one in Jacksonville. This was the closest thing I could find. The place was a little hard to find. Th outside sign only says massage so you wouldn't know it's Ying's Massage until you pull up to the door. This place doesn't do the sometimes unnecessary 5-10 minute background consult at the beginning. My masseuse jumped right into it and was able to identify on her own I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. The massage overall was nice. My only suggestion/critique would be the lack of blanket they used. Upon entering the room, there was a folded slightly damp towel on the bed. Not sure why it felt very slightly wet but it was. It didn't smell or looked unclean but it was just damp. This towel was used to cover our bodies. I'm 5 foot 100 lbs and this towel barely covered my body. The ambient temperature was comfortable but after the hot towel, I was chilly and was hoping there was more towel to cover me. read more

I've been here twice now and both visits have been great experiences. This last visit on 2/16/20 I got a 1-hour table massage ($65) I walked in and I was accommodated right away. The establishment is clean, quiet, and dim lit for a relaxing atmosphere. Even the zen music was a nice touch. My masseuse was Amei and she was amazing. Very professional and very attentive to my needs. The massage itself was deep tissue massage. She was on point!!!! She was hitting all my problem areas without me even telling her where they were and focused on those spots. She just knew. She also checked a couple times to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable with the pressure she was applying which I appreciate. Luckily I like a lot of pressure. Tried something new... called first thing in the morning and Sophia told me to come on down. I did the 2 hour massage, 90 min full body and 30 min foot massage! OMG she was great!
