He tricked me in a deal and basically stole my due diligence money by lying about a property I was purchasing. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the North Carolina Board of realtors. The information will be public record once the investigation is on its way. I don't know if he is a representation of the firm that employs him, but I would probably steer away from them at this point and I would definitely use some of the better real estate firms in Wilmington.
