While other agents were easier to deal with, he continuously made unnecessary comments, insisting that my legal information is "public record" and that he could look it up himself. If he has that kind of time, that's on him--but it felt invasive and completely out of line. This company lacks follow-through, respect for client privacy, and basic customer service. This company god bless them cleaned up my credit report having the company first of all prove the debts for you by sending letters to all 3 credit bureaus plus alllll the credit card companies to correct mistakes or point out misspelling in my name and the companies had to remove the negative remarks from my report because they could not prove it was me. This company is worth every penny you spend for there services my credit report was beautifully cleaned up i was able to obtain a loan from BMW Financial which is super hard to get because they wont loan to anybody. With a 7% APR on my BMW purchase. without their help my APR for a car i was financing more then 15% So what i am basically tell all of you who wonder about CRE they were great! CRE allowed my to pay them on a payment plan as well this was a while back so im not sure if they allow payment plan any more but like i said they are worth every penny. they helped me with my credit report faster then the years i spent trying to resolve it alone.
