Never received a phone call back, not even a text back to say they would schedule a call or call me at a certain time, nothing. They never had an actual conversation with me once I made my first payment to discuss what they would be disputing. I just don't understand how you dispute things that you know nothing about. For me to be paying $948, I would expect this company to be more attentive and responsive and active with your clients.

I will not be opening a checking account at Chase despite how excited I was that they had a brick and mortar bank in Greensboro. I was late on 2 payments, unbeknownst to me, they sent me a late notice after the 2nd late payment. At that point when I called in right away, there was nothing they could do. They just fixed it to the correct account, my credit was hit so bad because they sent me to the credit bureau. Mind you I have never been late on a payment in my life! All of this because They messed up the payment debit. I went from an 800 credit score to a 600 for their mistake! BofA is a joke, just don't use them period!!

He explained different accounts to us and really took the time to answer all of my teens question. He interacted so wonderful with my teen, my son walked away complimenting Taylor. The transaction was quick and easy. Taylor also referred us to other products that might fit out family financial need. Overall very impressed by the service provided. Although I was hesitant about going into the branch, social distancing is enforced and hand sanitizers are available throughout.

Now I am a PhD candidate. NCFB did a credit check and due to the student loans which affected it, they increased my Auto Insurance Significantly. That's how they treat their customers. The Wake Forest office sucks as well as their Underwriting. They do not care about why your credit may have changed. They do not care about long-term customers. GEICO was over $400 cheaper anyway and they did a credit check too. I will NEVER do business with North Carolina Farm bureau Insurance Company again nor recimmend that greedy, inconsiderate company. I own three properties in North Carolina and I was attempting to get insurance for all three. Elliott was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. We had exchanged a couple emails where he offered me a quote. This quote was unclear. I had other insurance people look over these quotes and they agreed that they were missing many items that he promised in his emails. When I called to get clarification, Elliott was incredibly disrespectful. He would not allow me to speak. He talked over me at length every time I tried to ask him a question. He told me that I should trust the policy he was offering me, and asked why I don't trust him. I asked for a more clear breakdown for what he was offering and he refused, and every word out of his mouth was patronizing and insulting. I've never been spoken to that way by an insurance person, let alone anyone I do business with. I mean, I have hardly heard someone talk to someone else like that on the street. So coming from someone who I want to make a deal with, it was surprising. Not only do I no longer want to work with Farm Bureau, I was compelled to write this. And I have a pretty thick skin. And someone else was in the car and heard this conversation, so it's not just me. This is unacceptable behavior. Farm Bureau needs to be careful with who they hire. Go to somebody else.

I purchased a new 2026 RX350h yesterday after comparing a preowned version and a new vehicle. They were exactly alike in every way - except the preowned was 2 years old, had 10k miles and needed to be detailed. The total price difference was $5,500, and the warranty on the preowned seemed substantially better. Sophia could sell me either one, and carefully gave me pros and cons on each vehicle. The preowned manager came out to talk with me after I offered less for the preowned than asking price. He obviously wanted me to buy preowned, but I was leaning toward new - despite the better warranty and lower price of the used car that was identical to the new. He was nice, but hard core wanted me to purchase the used one. I went to lunch while they detailed the used car. Upon return, Sophia gently pointed out items that became obvious to her after the car was cleaned up that I would have recognized over time, but were not apparent to my untrained eye: the car had multiple "dents" from a likely hailstorm. There was evidence on the tailgate of sanding and repainting, and overspray on the chrome trim. The vehicle, despite a clean Carfax report, had either been wrecked, or at least damaged enough that it had required substantial body work. I am massively thankful to Sophia. She is incredibly well studied and recognizes things I never would have. I would've paid over $50k for a substantially damaged used car if not for her. I do not hesitate to recommend her and her expertise. Now, as for Johnson Lexus Pre-owned... not so much. Thank you, Sophia!!!

Johnson Lexus Durham service used to extremely reliable (barring one past episode 5 years ago)- I actually took my car for 10 years to the same service specialist. However, my recent experience has me rethinking... They incorrectly failed my 2015 Lexus on the state inspection - tire tread was 2.3 as reported by them, while low from a safety standpoint, it is not a failure by state inspection (which is at less than 2), they required replacing four tires at $1340. Which is $445 above Costco charges. Secondly the rear 12v lighter wasn't working, it was a fuse that is easily accessible they put in a charge for $120 and had told me some sort of fusible link - I didn't know what that meant initially I approved it and upon further research and their own invoice said it was a fuse. Those fuses are cheap and easily accessible and shouldn't require 1 hour of labor. Old Lexus used to do this sort of service complementary sometimes. There were multiple errors that seemed to be designed to give them more money, and I am wondering if service management has changed that pushes for more revenue and profitability margin than serving the customer. While they corrected both of these errors and reversed $120 charge and redid inspection and passed without tires having to be changed. I hope they improve and not continue this path - this is path that Honda Durham was on and I moved on from that brand. I was planning on purchasing an RX-350 due to comfort and ease of servicing with Lexus as well as the vehicles, but has me rethinking if I should go all electric with Rivian R2 instead in the future. Oh, BTW, what is that flange you ask, that was just non-existing fusible links in modern cars - its joke for that have seen old Seinfeld episode :-)

First, the "front" of the bank is locked and you have to go around to the back to go inside. Second, they are slooooow and incompetent. I went in to this branch to open a simple checking account and ended up being there for nearly an hour. Elizabeth needed assistance a number of times to only realize she forgot to put an "x" in a box then proceeded to take my driver's license and SS card to the teller's window area where she put together my packet of info and never returned back to her office where I sat waiting. I came out to see where she went and she was assisting a drive-thru customer. She handed me the packet and we exchanged some friendly conversation and I was then on my way. A few hours later I arrive at a new Dr appt and reached in my wallet for ID and it was gone. I look and see KS bank left a VM on my phone stating they have my ID and SS card. Wasnt able to see the Dr without my ID so I drive to KS Bank to get card. One month later, I still do not have my new debit card so I go to the branch to see what happened. I am met at the door with Elizabeth putting up an "out to lunch" sign. We have a brief conversation where she explains away their "glitch" in the system and I am not believing it. I call to address the matter with management stating we arent getting off on a good foot here but wanted them to be aware of the issues. I received a call later in the evening from the bank manager stating that since I was having a bad experience, she went ahead and closed my account and would mail a certified check out with my funds. A week later, I received a call from the branch stating they decided not to mail the check and I needed to come to the bank for my funds. I am beginning to think this bank is going to hold my money hostage. Going there now. Will update review later.
