Service Quality - My highlights came out yellow/orange and uneven, without proper toning or blending. The stylist also did not provide the blowout that was part of the service, and I was sent home with wet hair. 2. Follow-Up Visit - I had to return the next day just to receive a toner, yet again I left with wet hair. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service. 3. Customer Care - When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist "shouldn't have taken me because she stayed late." She made sure our baby was comfortable the entire time, put on his favorite show, and celebrated with bubbles after his trim was done.
