I was told a price while on the phone with the owner and made it clear this was a one time cleaning but something we would like to continue every few months. After agreeing to the date and telling me they would follow up with a time I thought we were in a good place. Flash forward to the week I was supposed to get my home cleaned I had to reach out to them and they proceeded to quote me double the price they quoted me through yelp and a phone conversation AND were trying to change the date they would clean. This is unprofessional and unreliable and very disappointing. I can't stand when a business doesn't follow through on things when you plan your schedule around it. At 12:15pm, ONE mover showed up. He was fine...but I called ABCM to say we hired 2 guys...she said they were scrambling to find another guy. After about 30 minutes, she found another guy - but our current mover had to go get him. Well...he leaves AND NEVER COMES BACK. Mind you, this is on our moving day. The lady says, the job was too big for him to do alone so we have to cancel - we are not coming to help you move. Ridiculous.
