I was kind about it and had just asked that when they come back next time that they pay special attention to those areas. When the housekeeper came back. She was allegedly at my house for two hours, yet my home looked the same. These were simple things like my slider door and window tracks, baseboards, blinds, shower, light switches, bathtub, door frames... The owner reached out and had the audacity to state that if I wanted things cleaned more thoroughly that I needed to pay for a deep cleaning because there was excessive buildup. I could literally wipe my finger across the dust and that's excessive buildup that needs scrubbing? OK... When I originally booked to begin with, they told me I just needed a basic initial deep clean. Now they want me to pay double for them to come back now? They also decided to bill me without my consent, knowing that they did not provide the service that I paid for INSANE! Save your money, go somewhere else.

(It should be noted the Company/Owner tries to deny culpability and refuses to take responsibility by claiming the employee was a "contracted" employee. Regardless, the person who came into our home was hired and paid for by Kings Cleaning, and as a result, Kings Cleaning should assume responsibilities of their (contracted) employee's actions.) Upon arrival, the employee went into our kids' bathroom, took her clothes off (while our children were in the house and in the neighboring rooms), went absolutely CRAZY and caused over $2000 of DAMAGE to the recently renovated bathroom, to include causing multiple scratches and dings/dents to a brand new $2000 vanity, ripped off the towel rack from a glass shower door, displaced the toilet from it's seal, ripped off the toilet paper holder, damaged a newly painted wall, and vomited all over our brand new floors and on a wall. The POLICE had to come and remove the employee from our home, after she passed out on the floor. The owner of this company, Cari, has been nothing but unprofessional during this entire process, and she has continued to refuse to pay for all of the damages, and minimizes the damages caused by her employee! Not to mention, Cari has never even come to our home to see the damages her employee caused. The company's website notes they are licensed, insured, and bonded; however, Cari has repeatedly refused to provide us with the insurance information we have requested. I wish we would have read the other reviews on Google and Yelp, as we would have not hired this company!! As you can see from Cari's responses to other negative reviews, she is argumentative and unwilling to take any accountability. That is how she has been with us from day one. As if the incident itself wasn't horrible enough, we have had to deal with this disreputable company who refuses to take accountability for the actions of their employee. Unfortunately, we now have to seek LEGAL ACTION to get complete resolution. Save yourself the headache and go find a reputable company! Due to the dishonesty of this company and their owner, you can confirm our reporting of the incident by obtaining a copy of the police report (Case# 25-1363 / Incident #2507290228) from the Lincoln Police Department, which summarizes the incident in its entirety and confirms what we have noted above.
